Don’t go this cricket store please cause they will be bad cheat ! They over charged $60 when I activated the new SIM card , the guy at stir told me just pay $15 and $55 fee that exit and the bill circle every still the same $135 and I asked him one more time before I’m leaving he still say no more cost the bill still the same $135 because you already pay the toa tall fee here$70 already ! But next month my bill growth up $195 and this month $215 and I came asking him he said the systems wasn’t known me , he did it but he said he can’t fixed because the bill already been charged , he cannot get the money bad for me , before I’m left he said I can go to Verizon service! I wish I can give them O star for reviews ! Look like he stone me $60 dollars with down reason !

Horrible customer service at this location. They seemed more concerned to be on their own personal electronics than providing a decent customer service experience. Misinformation provided and all my questions were answered with “I don’t know”

I walked in to this location after Cricket tech support erroneously referred me to a brick and mortar store for help unlocking the SIM on a phone that hadn’t been on the Cricket network in over a year. Even though they were unable to solve my problem directly, Rene and Ruby got on a Cricket support online chat and phone call to help walk me through talking with support to get the issue resolved. They went above and beyond to help me out

I've worked at this work place and the manager Yessica P , is a toxic , racist , and bad mouth person . She is not in her right mind to even be dealing with people . Specially customer service . Every time a person of color would walk in she'd have an argument with a black Person . While in the back of the store , she would call them the N word , and BrokeMotherFs . I don't recommend cricket wireless . Specially this location , I've been bullied by this toxic person , while I was working here never confronted me all behind my back . Like a dog with its tail behind its legs . I've contacted a higher up but never did anything to resolve the issue . And that's what cricket stands for . Not resolving anything . Best of luck , to that sad unloved manager .

When I went to change my phone, the girl kept the memory card (micro SD). And she installed another one. When I complained, they realized that I didn't know anything. Terrible service. I will not do business with you again.

Well, as far as it goes, the staff's treatment is very good, friendly and they answer all your questions. I recommend it. I gave it four stars because there was only one representative and I had to wait.
