Pharmacy team is very rude and doesn't even attempt to be helpful in the least bit. I am treated very poorly whenever I have a question for the pharmacist. Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone unless you have no other option. I'm having trouble with my insurance covering my prescription now because of false information reported by this pharmacy. It's worth a little longer of a drive to avoid this pharmacy.

Areived at 645 on a Saturday and two employees were walking out and locked the door and said they were closed for the night. Odd from a story that says they're open 24hr.

Spent 4 minutes on the phone talking to their automated voice to check on a prescription status and it just kept saying “cannot find patient” and there was no way to get around it and get in touch with the pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy in Smyrna GA Atlanta Road is the most incompetently run pharmacy in the area, filled with people that go out of their way to not do their job, treat the customers rudely, and do not care of ensuring their customers get their prescription. They seem to take great joy creating frustration for their patients. And the pharmacists never step in to help. Go to Publix across the street if you can or Kroger or drive to Costco. They taken 2-3 times the time of other pharmacies to fill orders and no communication if filled or contact if unable to. You have to show up and then are treated rudely.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!! WILL NOT HONOR GOODRX PRICES****
I went to pick up my prescription and the rude woman behind the counter told me it was $38. I told her I have a GoodRx coupon for $35, and showed her the info on my phone. She just said I can’t take that, the price is $38. After arguing with her for a minute, she finally says she can accept the GoodRx price but I’ll have to wait 45 minutes for it? I said what for, you have the medication right here in your hands! She lied and gave some made up story about having to redo everything and if I wanted the reduced price id have to come back in 45 minutes. All she had to do was type in the new info…. I walked out and said you can keep it, I’ll go somewhere else.
DO NOT USE CVS!!! There’s good reason you see so many bad reviews on here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

If you value your time or getting your meds, please go to another pharmacy.
I’ve had similar negative experiences at this CVS, but tonight was the final straw. I waited in line at the pharmacy to pick up my daughter’s med that they forgot to give my husband this morning. Was told I had to wait in another line. After waiting 20 min with no end in sight, I left. When I left, there were two other people who had been waiting for longer than 20min- one man just as visibly frustrated as I was. Everyone in the pharmacy was laughing and joking while people were waiting to be serviced. One tech was more concerned about “looking at my cute baby” than actually helping me get the med for my daughter. Pharmacist Winter was “in charge” but couldn’t care less about patient or customer care as she allowed the joking without much work being done.

Not open 24 hours. It is 1:50pm Monday, not holiday, and all the gates pulled down.
No one offered any assistance for prescriptions. Go elsewhere

I went to purchase gluclose test strips for my daughter so the manager comes over some african american lady with glasses low ponytail didn’t catch her name and opens the cabinet and instead of giving them to me so I could go ahead and purchase them at self check out she takes them to register as if im going to steal them or something I really don’t appreciate that at all so I took them off the counter and walk over to self check out and would you believe that lady stood right there just watching me no one else was being watched in the store I am really pissed right now…I will not be returning to this establishment

Continually dispenses wrong medication amount and tried to fight customers. Literally the most unprofessional group of medical professionals I have ever seen.
