They are stealing food stamps at this location. Last week February 27 I came and made Food Stamp purchase a $40 and the remaining portion was to be used on credit card. After the Food Stamp portion was approved I inserted my credit card and the cashier canceled the transaction. I was told that I needed to do the entire transaction again even though the food stamps had already said approved. I did so and question whether or not I would be charged twice and was told no. I then checked my Food Stamp balance and saw two duplicate transaction and immediately went back in the store to speak to the managerwho told me it will be refunded in three days and it has not. In addition, he gave me a one 800 number on the back of the receipt and it’s a number to a Medicare company. He said his name was Greg and the cashier’s name was Gene and I believe that both of them are running a Food Stamp operation. I made a comment about this in a Facebook group with a few moms who have told me similar stories about this particular location. We have now reached out to corporate and have no word as of yet, but will keep updated

I’ve been to this location on 2 separate occasions and both times with 2 separate employees I’ve had a poor experience. Their attitudes are so bad and their customer service is very poor. I’m sure if they were paid a livable wage they would be more willing to provide a better experience and for that I place the bulk of the accountability on the owners. In regard to their attitudes however, they should have higher levels of emotional intelligence that enables them to have more positive interactions with patrons.

The first thing I got when I came into this store was YELLED AT from a woman I couldn’t even see. This was extremely RUDE and I’ve NEVER been greeted this way or yelled at upon entering an establishment. NO CASH CARD ONLY NO CASH BACK… like YELLING. First and LAST time coming in here

This is the most ghetto, unprofessional, rude store I've ever been in. They never open on time, because the obvious gay male cashier is never on time and find it funny to sit in his car and laugh at people walking up to a locked door.

This place is slow as molasses. They have no sense of urgency at all. A 2 minute in store trip is held up by being in a line to the back of the store with only 1 register open. Everyone else walking around like nothing is wrong.Edited to add another cashier finally came, but she walks off after every person she rings up. When I did get to the register there are no bags. This is ridiculous

This is the worst dollar tree. Staff extremely rude especially the manager. Refused to return an item even though I have the receipt. She asked me if i paid with an EBT card and told her why she would assume that with all payment types. She asked me to leave the storeI didn't leave until she did the exchange because I was recording her. The other staff rude also refuse to give me the owners' number. How can I get the owners number?
