Can’t really say much. The shelves were bare , everything scattered everywhere and the line was long. Only one cashier and the line was down the aisle and one young man fixing something on the wall. I stood on line to get a battery for my air tag. When I got to the cashier he said $5.32 (or something like that) for two batteries. I said to the cashier, “oh I am so sorry, I won’t be getting that. I walked out and ordered 20 batteries from amazing store and paid $5.80. I guess I will be going into the dollar tree less.

This is ridiculous. One cashier and he looks like he's the ONLY employee in the whoke store. This employee deserves a RAISE!!!!!

2nd time I come at 9:30am and the doors are locked when they open at 9am. Very frustrating.

Most of the time there is a line due to short staff but, the store is always fully stocked and the staff especially management is upper nice and attentive.

We have visited the store often and all the staffs are very friendly and kind! Quality products for cheap price! Especially if you are a small family you can buy several things here and it’s a great way to save some money

Not sure of their names, but the customer service from the black lady and gentlemen tonight was stellar. Forgot I was in dollar tree for a second lol not used to this, but it was pleasant and nice to experience. Keep it up.

This used to be a nice store. Good selection and nicely organized and well stocked. Everything started going down hill at about the same time that the prices increased to $1.25

Only having 1 cashier open when the line is extremely long is not good customer service.

Honestly, I don't know why l go to this location. Shelves are never stocked, only one person on a register, lines are 10 - 20 customers waiting on a line that extends 3/4 of the length of the store. If there is anyone else working l never see anyone. My last trip was Sunday 21st. I got tired of waiting on the line and left without the items l needed. Go there yourself as a customer and experience the frustration first hand.

Roberta and Christina are absolute gems. They have the most rockstar customer service. I went to the store on an extremely busy night to get balloons for my son's bday, and when I got to the counter I told her that I would just pick whatever they had that I saw that they were busy, she said "absolutely not! you are a paying customer, you are my customer, we will blow up all the balloons you would like" - she went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable even though I felt terrible (especially for the people in line). Roberta, you have a true gift for people and I appreciate you so much, it may have been a small gesture to you but it was incredibly big to me, a tire mom trying to survive through the holidays and the birthdays surrounding it! I called for my daughter's birthday on another time, and christina picked up the phone, I told her I was very interested in certain balloons and last time they were out of stock, she went out of her way to go count them and ensure they were in inventory before I came. Those two employees are one of a kind, you do not find customer service like that too often anymore. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

This poor cashier is literally by herself on Christmas Eve. This is beyond unacceptable. Where is the manager?! Where is the staff?! ?I get that y’all may be short staffed, and wouldn’t blame her if she decided to walked out!! Cuz baby y'all have to do better! People work for people. Treat your staff with more RESPECT! Kudos to her for being Great and making sure she’s attentive, communicating that she’s the only cashier and thanking us! I’m writing this review as I stand in this line waiting patiently on her! Baby Girl need a Raise!
