These guys are awesome! My husband and I were helped immediately upon entering the store. We let them know that we lived in another city, and they still helped us tremendously! We purchased during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and were told some of our items couldn't be delivered until after. Well long story short these guys made two trips on Thanksgiving Eve to assure all of our items were delivered before the Holiday which completed everything we needed to enjoy our family! Thanks so much to these guys for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Customers forever!

Came here and the whole staff is rude . The store manager freak out about me wearing a mask but he didn't have one. And told me them they will not be taking my business for that. If they all had a mask on I would definitely respect that. But only one person had mask. How you gonna tell someone to put a mask on when you don't have one on your self. Makes no sense.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The staff, each and every one of them at the Smyrna location are rude. Initially, purchasing my furniture they were oh so pleasant. However, every interaction since then has been terrible. Nasty, condescending tones of voice and anyone who treats customers this way should be terminated. I have over 13 years experience working in customer service as a manager and if any of my staff ever treated customers the way the staff here treats customers, they’d be reprimanded and or fired. No questions asked. The world is in the middle of a pandemic. People are having a hard time. Although, it is very much the responsibility of the customer to pay on time, it is also the responsibility of the employee to be polite, courteous, empathetic and pleasant. Someone being late on a payment is not free reign to just start giving bad customer service and talking to people any kind of way. I wonder if they’d have spoken to my boyfriend this way if he had called instead of me! Word of advice, clean house and get rid of all of them! They are tarnishing your reputation and shedding a horrible light on your organization.

I was surprised it was just as easy as its name "Easy Rentals". I was there 20min and all I needed was income verification, a few references, ID, and 1st down payment and I was on my way.

I have contacted them. Ask for a manager to contact me for over a month now. They lie and say they gave talk to you when they didn't. They are eager to help you get something and get out. That is the end of there helpfulness.

When I entered the store I was helped immediately and greeted like I was a long-time customer! The furniture looked great! I rented a mattress, dresser, vanity, side table, love seat, and couch. The prices were pretty standard. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful. Upon move-in, the guys scheduled everything with me and came as scheduled. They made sure I was happy with everything and arranged everything as requested. They came on-time for pick up and moved everything out quickly! (Even though it was 7 flights of stairs). These guys are great! No hidden fees, swift, and kind. Will be calling them for all my furniture needs in Atlanta!

I've been dealing with them for about three and a half years I really do like them and they are very reasonable compared to another place and they will work with you you got to let him know what's going on with you and that's the only thing that I can tell you they are some good people to rent from if you trying to start and get some credit they will do the best they can to help you very friendly

I have been a customer for many years. I have never experience a unprofessional moment like I recently experienced. The manager apparently has a issue with black people. I was talk to very unprofessional. Racial profiling still exist . As I was walking through the store he followed me around constantly after asking if I need help. I replied just looking. After agreeing to make a purchase he made statement referring if I am able to pay for it after show statements. I have never received such bad customer service like this and I will not return to make a purchase anymore while he is working there. I will be contacting corporate immediately.

Ghetto place of business especially that Keva girl. I got behind payments and they came beating on my door, leaving nasty messages on my door knob. I don't do business that way.

Apparently they paid someone to give 5 stars I wouldn't give them one but can't get pass that very unprofessional I'm not a customer but as a reference they repeatedly calls call me all names the B.... Say He,s a manager wow well they should check references before they look for customers who are late not ask references can you tell that person to call never once to verify they so quick to get business.. So unprofessional....
