I have the absolute best experiences with Shatima F., the Store Manager at Extra Storage Space! Anytime I come to the store and have questions she is always great assistance.
I came in wanting to downsize my current unit and inquire about smaller units on the same floor so transferring my belongings would be simple and convenient. Shatima immediately understood my needs and went above and beyond to help.
She personally toured two smaller units with me, explaining the differences clearly and helping me decide which option would work best. She even took the time to look at my current unit and items, giving her honest and professional opinion on whether everything would fit in a smaller space.
The process of switching and adjusting my rate was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Shatima provided clear information, excellent communication, and offered comparable pricing that fit my budget perfectly.
Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling completely confident in my decision. I’ll definitely be recommending Extra Storage Space to my friends—and I’ll tell them to ask for Shatima F. by name!

Excellent customer service and plenty of unit space for all of my belongings. Love the temperature control system that is standard. Shatima is the Boss of excellence customer service, especially friendly and vibrant towards the customers. She’s very outgoing, outstanding in every aspect of her job.
