This is my second time renting storage space at this same location and they always exceed expectations. Facility is super clean, conveniently located off exit and staff extremely professional. Working with Taylor was truly a pleasure. 5 star service!!!!

I was in a tuff situation and I called then came up to the storage it was almost closing time but Mrs.Tamika and her staff calm me down .Letting me know what kind of options and great opportunities they have.I am not the one to leave reviews but I had too because they was so helpful.If you ever looking for a storage I will suggest that you go to Life Storage on South Cobb Dr. Where they care about there customers. My experience at this Storage Facility has been remarkable....Always greeted with a smile and great customer services. The Facility is clean and crisp freshly sanitized.Ms Beals is consistently showing each guest the most significant deliberate attention.In a time where customer satisfaction is out of style I appreciate her decision to set the standard.

Exceptional service is a rare gem, and I have been consistently delighted with the service I've received at this location for years. I'm so satisfied that I don't even want to move out of my unit. Tanika consistently goes above and beyond whenever I contact her. Regardless of how busy she may be, she consistently provides outstanding assistance. Tanika made ALL the difference with my Life/Extra Space Storage experience! I felt personally offended by the extreme successive rate increases. I called to verify how much notice I needed to give to vacate. Rather than take my response personally, Tanika answered my question and then she offered solutions! She suggested this is a great time to come in and assess just what my needs are now- whether or not I need the same amount of space, options of current rates for different size units, and most importantly she addressed my feeling that the rate increase postcard was hate mail. Tanika’s genuine insight into customer experience, her relatability and efficient solutions kept me still a happy renter.
