Most of the complaints I read involve insurance company issues. I'd agree our country needs to join the rest of the world by providing universal healthcare. The excessive costs and hassles aren't going on in the rest of the industrialized world. We have simply gotten used to care dictated by insurance companies. Until things change, Jacob and his staff doing an excellent job navigating the maze within a maze that is our system. I remain extremely grateful to have found such a smooth running and caring practice.”
