I stopped by his location today and my battery went dead and Jonathan. He’s a manager. He went over beyond to make sure I got my car jumped back off. I got back rolling He was a nicest guy, very professional, and dress well too but overall, I appreciate it help and I will be returning if I gotta do any FedExing lol 😂

Do not use this location.
“Mo” will refuse to do his job an hour before closing because he says he already closed his till. Completely worthless employee.
AVOID THIS LOCATION. 👎

I waited patiently for employees to come from the back to help only to be directed to a kiosk. When I complete the transaction wrong it’s frustrating because I literally stood and waited to talk to a person to help answer my questions. If you need help with anything and need to speak to a person do not come to this location they will not assist you but will quickly correct you when you make a mistake.

Mo and Marian are both professional, friendly, and helpful. I am always assisted promptly and courteously. They go out of their way to find solutions. All around, my experience at this location has been consistent and excellent.

Horrible customer service the manager or whoever he is was rude!!! Only nice to white people didn’t get a greet or exit!! Would never come here again!!!! Simple print took 30 mins when no help was given!!!!

I have been using FedEx for my delivery needs for nearly 20 years and have been a customer at the 4624 Camp Highland Rd SE Suite 1400, Smyrna, GA 30082 location for the past 10 years.
On December 19th, I arrived at the Smyrna location around 6:40 PM EST. When I got there, FedEx team member Kevin was the only employee present.
Besides the customer Kevin was assisting, I was the only other customer in the store at that time. After about 6-7 minutes, Kevin came around the counter and placed my package on the scale.
Instead of assisting me, Kevin chose to help a customer who had just walked in and was having printing issues. This took about 5-6 minutes. Afterward, Kevin returned to the counter and immediately began addressing the customer who was in line behind me. His tone was abrupt and matter-of-fact. He mumbled something about needing to make a phone call at 7 PM and “she could go to another location” and “ I don’t know what to tell you”.
Kevin's agitation was evident as he paced back and forth, mumbling. His priority seemed to be the phone call rather than assisting customers. Up to this point, I did not feel his comments were directed at me because he placed my package on the scale. However, he then chose not to assist me, became visibly unhinged, and told everyone to leave, threatening to call the police.
It was very disheartening to witness Kevin's lack of composure and customer service skills. This experience was simply unacceptable, and I am seriously considering alternatives for my shipping needs. The police officer informed me that the manager's name is Jonathan. I hope he or someone from corporate will acknowledge and respond to this situation.

I had a wonderful experience with Jonathan at this location. He was prompt and knowledgeable when it came to service and I thank you so much! Whenever I have shipping or printing needs I will be returning to this location specifically! Thank you Jonathan for all of your hard work and dedication

I arrived to this location 4 minutes before it closed with my items packaged with their labels and they continued to have the doors locked and just shake their heads at me. Really surprised by this poor experience.

I placed an order for a poster to have picked up at 5pm. I got to the store at 6pm and there was one person in line ahead of me. My order was ready and they were having trouble with the person’s Fedex order. I had to wait 18 minutes for them to complete the FedEx order before they would ring me out. I’m not sure why the manager wouldn’t go to an open register, but I guess my time isn’t valuable to this location.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Jonathan is rude and tries to scam you out of extra money in “fees.” He said a print job would be over $40 because of a “resizing fee” that I’d never heard of. So I went 5 minutes up the street to the paces ferry location and they did it for $6! Be careful with this location.
