This was my third experience with going through what, in the past, has been the long and arduous mortgage loan process, the last time was 15 years ago....all I can say is "what a difference". There is certainly more competition in that business sector. Rates are not the only tool that is used today...rates are rates and pretty much are all the same, those companies that succeed in this very competitive market have to focus on those things that drive excellence in performance, transparency in the quest for a superior overall customer experience. That alone earns business! What I can say about First Option Mortgage and more specifically our loan officer Sean Hanzelik, is that they have mastered the customer experience. It was seamless, well explained and though a whole lot of documents need to be read, signed, provided, reviewed etc...everything went so smoothly. Sean was always available and very quick to respond to questions and to offer sound advice. Overall,this was a great experience and I do appreciate being treated how I believe a customer should be treated. Thank you Sean and First Option. !
