Couldn’t find any gems today. The man section is always small compared to the women’s and they could definitely spray it out the men’s. When the section is loaded, it’s hard to scan through the clothing and easy to rip off tags. The discount was 50% off red, but it’s hard to find many ticketed items that you like or at all. Also, the furniture/toys/books/pans area was somewhat bare. There were plain Tshirts that were $3.50 that should be $1.50. If it’s free to goodwill, then there should be deeper discounts to create a frenzy. Lines would always be long, which is great for business. Wide open parking dedicated next to pirate seafood restaurant. Cashier was an older guy very slow. A few items I liked had stains or holes. Women should be able to find something here with so much clothing for women here.

Not a bad Goodwill, a bit expensive though. Kids puzzles and shoes both seemed more expensive than other Goodwills I've been to.

Went to this location to buy clothing, they no longer allow you to try clothing on in the dressing rooms. Don't waste your time with this location.

Such a great place and the team that takes your donations is so helpful. The management is so good and some of the employees have been there extremely long time. Ernest is the best! Ask for him!

Bad experience trying to drop off at Goodwill today first one on Powers Ferry said they couldn’t take my desk chairs because a small location, employee literally didn’t even get out of her chair to look, and sent me to another location on Cobb Parkway who looked at my brand new weight set and said it wouldn’t sell and wasn’t interested in this antique Kirby vacuum. It just felt like nobody wanted to do any work today. The Goodwill near my house in Atlanta is pretty good but the two I tried to go to today in Cobb County were awful not doing this again.

This place is terrible. Staff is rude & look like they couldn’t care to be inconvenienced AT THEIR JOB! and the attitudes you get when you ask about prices is awful.

Be careful, this place to loaded take 2 hours and put overweight. RC said one thing and they put 45000 pounds. Very bad.Never come back here.

They have closed the dressing rooms so you can't try on anything. What's the point of selling clothes if you won't open your dressing rooms? I won't be back to shop at this location.

My and my husbands experience here at this store WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Teresa Harris is a delight , she added such a caring and warm aura to the location and we are very appreciative of her. She handles the lines well and is very patient , she’s so kind and I don’t just write reviews for fun. My favorite location whenever in cobb ! What a great team.

Looks like the rule to donate at this Goodwill center may have changed. We used to take back the laundry basket used for carrying the items to donate, but I was informed y'day that if I want to donate I would have to leave the baskets with them. I had to leave without donating the items as I needed the 3 baskets lol.

Open the dressing rooms. Clean your store and sanitize the dressing rooms, provide hand sanitizer, and allow your customers to try on clothing. The old covid excuse is worn out. Retail stores allow people to try on clothes so what on earth makes Goodwill think they're above this? You shouldn't be allowed to sell clothing without this. It wouldn't take that much more work especially since no one is cleaning the rest of these places. Do better. And stop pricing actual rags the same as decent clothing.

Bad pricing to this 4 layer weak shoe rack that’s priced at $30 but I bought the same one in the store for half the price. And I called for assistance 3x’s and no one came.
