My and my husbands experience here at this store WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Teresa Harris is a delight , she added such a caring and warm aura to the location and we are very appreciative of her. She handles the lines well and is very patient , she’s so kind and I don’t just write reviews for fun. My favorite location whenever in cobb ! What a great team.

Looks like the rule to donate at this Goodwill center may have changed. We used to take back the laundry basket used for carrying the items to donate, but I was informed y'day that if I want to donate I would have to leave the baskets with them. I had to leave without donating the items as I needed the 3 baskets lol.

Open the dressing rooms. Clean your store and sanitize the dressing rooms, provide hand sanitizer, and allow your customers to try on clothing. The old covid excuse is worn out. Retail stores allow people to try on clothes so what on earth makes Goodwill think they're above this? You shouldn't be allowed to sell clothing without this. It wouldn't take that much more work especially since no one is cleaning the rest of these places. Do better. And stop pricing actual rags the same as decent clothing.

Bad pricing to this 4 layer weak shoe rack that’s priced at $30 but I bought the same one in the store for half the price. And I called for assistance 3x’s and no one came.

I came to donate clothes and the worker was very rude !! I had large bags of clothes so I asked for help he gone say ma’am you have to get out the car I said I know I asked for help. He grabbed one bag and ripped the bag and said those are to heavy you are on your own. He then decided to asked where did I get the stuff from I told him I was moving and decided to donate the clothes he asked was I lying !! I said are you serious… he didn’t help me with the rest of the bags a gentleman walked by my car after seeing the worker watch me struggle to ask did I need any help. The customer service was a 0/10! I told him he was rude and I didn’t appreciate his smart remarks . His name was maleek.

The cashier tried to force me into rounding up. I told him no, and he said just one penny it won’t affect you. I said no he said it won’t affect your total. I believe he was saying he wanted me to let him round up one penny, and he just adds a physical penny to the drawer. This is some type of scam to inflate the “round up” numbers? Ridiculous unacceptable and deceptive asking your customers to round up so you can “donate” the extra or whatever already sounds disingenuous, but now I will never be rounding up ever at a Goodwill.

Older W lady in the wrong was rude. Snatched items out of my hand I guess because I wasn’t as fast as she wanted me too. Very unprofessional and broke my vase while being rude

I found this perfect thrifted lamp that I loved that I tried to find a shade for a while and gave up to look at a different shop. The lamp was the only thing I really wanted but I picked out a few other things as well. I get to the register, it takes a minute for the cashier to get to me, I don't mind. He starts ringing me up. I told him that he forgot to ring up the lamp so then he picked it up and realized it didn't have a pricetag on it. He says that, while not even looking at me. Then he puts the lamp to the side. I asked why, he said he can't price it but he could get a manager. I said please as I really loved the lamp. When the manager got to the register she was completely rude. Advised me LIKE I WOULD KNOW THAT CASHIERS CANT PRICE THINGS. It isn't my job to your job for you. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews but that was truly the worst experience bc while I was checking out, the manager got on the over head speaker and told everyone else that cashier's are not authorized to price items. I don't expect a red carpet, or someone to ask me how my day's going but this was unexcusable. If that manger See's this I'm not angry, just learn how to confront people in a nicer way. You never know what people are going through.

I came here earlier this evening looking for a Hawaiian shirt that I will probably wear only once, but the shirt is for a Tropical themed event I'm going to attend next week. This Goodwill location accepts donations of items they can sell in the store. The parking situation is very easy: the large, free parking lot is shared with all of the neighboring businesses in the shopping center, and everyone can easily find a parking space. The store is spacious and clean. While I was there, I couldn't get over how neat and organized everything was in the store. There were lots of customers browsing in every department, and I'm sure there is lots of inventory turnover. I saw employees rearranging clothing in multiple racks, making their areas look tidy.Easy to see and read signage hangs from the ceiling, and customers can get a quick lay of the land at a glance due to all of the racks of clothes not being tall. Plus the racks took up most of the middle of floor space.Departments in this store include jewelry, furniture, clothing for everyone, shoes, sporting goods, housewares and toys, among others. I looked in the men's shirts section and found a button up short sleeve shirt that perfectly fits, not only me, but also the even theme I'll be attending. I don't mind paying less than $7 for a shirt I'll be wearing once.Check this place out. You may be surprised at the nice condition most of the clothing items are in, all at great prices.

Two things that make me happy, helping others and giving back to my community. This is my favorite donation station. I have dropped off more things than I care to brag about and also looked inside to find odds and ends for DIY projects. This is a great store working for a great cause and encourage all yelpers to donate and give back during this time of year to the Goodwill. It reduces waste and makes productive use of time/resources. I came here today to drop off an office chair, toys, and some books. This store accepts donations into the evening so don't worry about not being able to make the trip.

Not from Atlanta but really irritated by one worker. We found a coffee maker at a reasonable price. We didn't see any where to plug it up so we asked the cashier and he was attempting to make sure it worked when a lady that worked for Good Will began saying it's a strip back there go try it. .I'm walking with a cane an 2 kids I left that item Not good customer service
