Every time I come here they’re not accepting whatever items I have. If I have furniture, they’re only taking clothes. If I have clothes they’re only accepting furniture.

Very rude attendant. I went there twice last 6 months. Both times the same guy had something to say “oh I don’t take that my truck is full” about my little picture while the truck is empty but takes the biggest box I brought. Another time he took one box but the others because “these are not accepted at this location”. I think something is wrong with this person. Just expect to drop off some of your stuff but not all. I went both times across the street with the remaining stuff and they took them with no issues.

This location is the absolute worse - never there on time and always have an excuse on why they don't have receipts available for drop off. Not to mention they move like pond water when servicing customers. Don't waste your time, go across the street and drop off at the store location,

Donation drop off is horrible. Went 20 minutes before they closed and they had shut down early, and one worker tried helping me unload my ONE item, and his supervisor came out and yelled at him AND ME. I'm sorry you wanna get home early, but it's not my fault you wanted to close up 20 minutes before the window ends for drop offs. He said "we don't take that here". He didn't even know what it was (a brand new headboard). Would not recommend going there unless you like feeling berated.

I've had good experiences here, but dropped off a bed frame where the sign says they will unload it for you. I am recovering from a leg injury and needed help. They refused to help me. I was disappointed with this location today.

Sabrina, who is one of the supervisors for GWTrucking is absolutely horrible. She is extremely rude to customers, and even worse to her staff! Very inconsiderate of the people that work with Goodwill. If you're looking for a trucking job DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! Please go somewhere where they actually value their staff

Quick, easy and convenient. Just pull up and drop off the item being donated. The person working will accept them and give you your tax receipt. I drop off at this location often.

Kinda crazy location to dropped off stuff at the semi trucks. Cars use that area alot passing through shopping center and it gets kinda crazy and folks blocked the road waiting to unload. Maybe relocate and have cars pull up and not blocked the area.
