Had a small truck full of clothes and home decor. They only accepted 2 bags of things and told us to go to the store location instead. I’ve been to the north Druid hills donation only goodwill and they have never had an issue taking multiple bags and boxes worth of things. Not sure why they can take so few items.

We just stopped by this location with a car full of donations at 5:45pm on a Sunday - both employees couldn’t have been more helpful, they opened the doors and were ready for us before we got out of the car. They moved all items inside quickly and they were so nice and friendly - great customer service!

I help clients declutter their items, and I bring their donations to Goodwill regularly. This location is most convenient because it’s the closest one to my house. However, I’ve been inconvenienced way too often at this location, so I have to drive to the South Cobb location instead. There have been several times when I come, and no one comes out, and the door is locked. Yet, according to the hours it should be open. Employees are also slower to come out and het my things when they are present. Last week I had an instance where the door was open, but no one came out. So I carried all the donations to the door. When someone finally came out, he said they weren’t taking donations at the moment and expected me to put them back in my car. I told him he was inconveniencing me, and after a little back and forth he told me I could leave what I already took out of the car, but I didn’t allow me to bring the remaining donations. Which caused me to have to drive out of my way to drop off the rest. This location is lacking in every sense of the word and needs to put more time in to training and customer service.
