Torie needs to fired! Rude as hell. Hell no, I will not leave you any tip for the smart comments you make about me in front of me, just because I have limited speaking ability in English language. You think I don’t understand you-I do. She completely changed her tone, after I told her I have coupon and that’s when it became horrible experience.
Future customer at this location, stay away from this lady called Torie.
Torie learn customer service and you will get rewarded and that is my tip to you.

I've been coming to this location for about 3 yrs. Tina has been cutting my hair.She has Amazing skills.Today I had my hair cut by Antonio,got a Great haircut again! Antonio was personable,professional and a pleasure to deal with!!! It's so refreshing and so important to find such great professionals to trust them with your hair!
I will referring all my Neighbors,Friends and Family to this salon...

Unfortunately I had a bad haircut at a diffrent great clips and I went to this one by mistake hopping for a refund but they sat be down 10 minutes before they closed and fixed my hair even tho they were not the ones that messed it up. They were so sweet to me and funny! And they’re good people!

Came here to get a neck line up and fade the back in. Well the lady butchered my line up, had to get another lady to help fix it. If you have natural tightly curled hair don't come here!!! Go straight to a professional barber. And she had the nerve to charge me for a haircut when they all took their time cutting their other clients and charged them the same price. Please take me out of your system. I won't be back. Wish I could get a refund. This store is a complete joke. No wonder i felt out of place. They dont cut my type of hair.

This was my first time going to Great Clips and I was super nervous. Tony Mustard was my stylist and he did his THING on my pixie cut...I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely visit this location to get my hair cut from here on out!

Dee was such a pleasure to work with! She gave me a great haircut and we had such a pleasant conversation. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered. She also gave me some great tips on how best to care for my hair and even some great advice about life☺️ I would definitely recommend her.

Got my haircut yesterday. Close to closing. Everyone in the shop was talking about R Kelly and P Diddy. They basically rushed me out, and the right side of my head the hair is shorter than the left side. So now I look like an inbread alian!

Terrible experience. I specifically asked for longer than finger length and got finger length. The haircut is way too short and I look like I got a buzz cut with clippers. It'll take weeks to grow out. My hard part is a disaster. Not straight, way too large, and not where the previous line was. This is really bad..

Professional, clean, friendly, efficient, helpful, awesome! And Dee gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted aside from just a bit shorter but she was really good at sensing my style and giving suggestions. Quick but didn’t feel rushed and she made sure she didn’t miss anywhere. I love how the haircut turned out! It’s a razored shoulder-length cut and I have very straight, fine hair.
