I made an appointment for 9AM and they were seeing *walk-in’s who came in after me all because the “tax pro” I was supposed to see was NOT there on time!
However I later learned that he was stuck in traffic. I ended up with one tax pro doing one year and the other doing the other I initially booked with doing another year. It was pricey more than the$100 advertised online.
I do want to applaud Brendin. He was the consummate professional putting up with my complaints and irritation. He was very thorough and explained the info as well as answering all of my questions concisely and accurately. If I decide to do HR&Block next year I would hope to book with a tax pro like him!! Absolutely awesome!

Absolutely awful front office staff. You will be sitting and waiting for hours before you get seen, even with an appointment. Anita is the only bright light at this location, they'd be closed without her guarenteed. Had an appointment at 4 PM two weeks ago and waited for an hour before not even getting my appointment, just handed my documents over. Came back this week to sit and wait another hour when my appointment was at 4. Absolutely disgusting how much they don't care about people's time.

I dropped my taxes off to this location in person. They scanned in everything and I didn't hear back from them until I called them back 2 weeks later. When I spoke to someone they said that they did not have any of my documents.
It was a horrible experience and ii would not recommend anyone going to this location.

My preparer was great....the atmosphere in the office however was loud, uncomfortable and made my stressed! No one wants to hear your entire conversation when getting their taxes done!

Idiots. No one knows what’s going on. Tax return not completed even though I had an appointment. They had trouble even locating my paperwork. Once found, I just took it back and left.
Good luck to anyone who chooses to use them. I learned my lesson

Had a great experience with the Preparer, Linda Rich - highly recommend her. My taxes are usually very sumple and straightforward - have done them with no difficulty for 25+ years. 2020 and 2021 were difficult years for me and I needed some help. I would gladdly work with her again.
