Instant Imprints did a PERFECT job, and SO fast! Suzan was professional, kind, patient, and helpful to work with. She provided multiple options as I narrowed in on my order. They provided a sample of the embroidery, and I was able to make edits as needed. Then, the production of the items was super fast, and I received my items well before the date I needed them by. The system for communication and payment was super easy, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Everything looks amazing! I will definitely be using Instant Imprints again. Excellent work!! The store manger, Sahad, was able to complete a large company order in less than a week, including several design options and needed tweaks!! He is VERY professional, timely, creative, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using this company’s services. We will certainly be using them for future projects!!

Staff was very polite I wasn’t happy about the repetitive trips I had to make to the store only to get colors wrong, fabric wrong, print color wrong, finished order time was longer than stated, shirts had to be returned after print for correction of smudges during printing, I was one shirt short of my order, two weeks after I haven’t gotten a call, I called the store, no answer, I left a voicemail, honestly I won’t be using them again this experience wasn’t good as far as how my items were completed, my work polos with embroidered logo came out excellent, because of frustration and timing I just approved the order and went with what they had, however I was annoyed and kept my kool just won’t go back.

Great service! This was my first time using a local print shop & I'm glad I did! Will definitely go back to get business cards & a banner. Parking: located in a shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking available. Customer service: friendly, quick, & efficient. What I especially like is the attention to detail & their willingness to make sure they satisfy the customer Overall: will definitely be back & would recommend them to any other business big or small.

Very professional. My granddaughter designed a custom logo for my ladies pool team and they were able to put it perfectly on the shirts we chose. They were finished on time for our new session. They did make one small mistake on one shirt but they were quick to fix it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a pleasure doing business with them.
