Soon as I walked in, the lady was very rushy. The lady got an attitude because I asked her for a certain color. The only one they had was the gel color and she never asked if that was okay after I already walked in and told her I wanted regular polish. I’m not sure what her name was but today she was doing manicures and sitting at the first table to the left when I walked in. The one who did my feet must not have spoke much English because the rude lady kept chiming in to answer for her. Not a pleasant experience. Do not recommend

My daughter and I came close to closing on Mother’s Day totally unaware of their closing time. Not only did they take us without question, the effort that was put into our nails was not compromised. My daughter wanted a SpongeBob themed nail and it was awesome!!!

The placed is closed. They didn't update their Google hours which is inconvenient. I am a business owner, and Google emails SEVERAL times for at least one whole month to update your hours EVER single holiday. It's unprofessional.

Went today after not being here since I got my nails done for my wedding , and regretted it immediately, only came because it was close to where I got my oil changed. The owners are very rude, no customer service skills at all. How can you tell me as the customer what I want, you can recommend but you can’t tell me what I prefer. She needs to come down off of her high horse, there are plenty of salons to go to and therefore we will find another one. Then on top of that my mother in law is a diabetic so it’s only so many things she can have done to her feet. Taking advantage of the elderly.
Wish I could put it as no stars!!! Just know we will not be back period!!!!! One mad customer!!!!

I have been coming here for a while and every time I come here it’s been great experience. Soon as I walk in they know what I want , and that’s the one thing I love about this nail salon they remembered me and the service that I get.

Karen does such an incredible job on my nails every single time! I know I can trust her to take care of me and she removes my anxiety about getting my nails done. I have been seeing her for over 2 years now- she’s helped me grow my natural nails and the sns always lasts 4 weeks for me.

I requested removal of SNS so I could wear my natural nails with gel polish. My nails turned out great! I was afraid my real nails would be thin and brittle but they were not. Karen, did a great job explaining what she was going to do and assuring me they would be fine. I will definitely keep going to K Nails and seeing Karen.

I have been coming here for years and each visit has been wonderful! I usually see Ms. Van for my gel pedicure but if she is not available I trust any of the other professionals to provide great service! Karen operates a lovely nail salon with wonderful staff! I will continue to come here! Ohhh also they are very reasonably priced !

K Nails is the BEST!! Karen has been doing my nails & brows for almost 10 years and I won't let anyone else get near them. I always look forward to my pedicure with Kim. The service is AMAZING & I never have to worry about waiting around, they are always on time, friendly & I leave with a smile everytime. If you're looking for a great self-care day then K. Nails is the place.
