I haven’t had any issues with getting my prescriptions filled with this pharmacy since switching over a year ago. And if I end up going there sooner than the prescription is sent they will actually pull the medication if they have it in stock and fill it right there so I’m grateful for the staff and their service.

Use to be very on top of keeping meditation in stock now don't seem to care on people's health or wellness. I called in my medicine on 4-9-25 Wednesday & was told it would be ready for pickup on Thursday 4-10-25. I never received a text or call so when I called was told that they wouldn't have it until Saturday 4-12-25 just very unprofessional in clarification of anything.

This is the 3rd time that I go to this pharmacy looking for syringes and this time I left after standing there for a few moments because the Asian pharmacist is always on the phone talking rude to customers. With that attitude I decided to leave because she was rude to me in the past. I didn’t want to deal with her nastiness again.

While I have mixed feelings about this Kroger in general, I love the pharmacy. They really seem to care in the old-school pharmacy way, intelligently and genuinely. Unlike many pharmacies in this area that just feel like vendors, in my experience you can rely on this staff to pay attention to you and care for you reliably. I’ve seen this play out with other patrons in line ahead of me as well, which I fully appreciate.

I have had a great experience with the Kroger South Cobb Drive Pharmacy. Kieu is always prompt in answering my questions. She is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Her attitude is always positive. She has excellent communication skills. She is awesome! I highly recommend this location.

They have gotten better overtime and I understand it’s a huge pharmacy for the area, I just wish they had better communication. Sometimes I call in and have a great experience, other times I call in and it sounds like it’s the persons first day. I constantly get different answers about when to call in to refill my prescription (because it’s a “rare” medication they have to special order), I do exactly what they tell me to do, then go to pick up and it’s not been ordered or they don’t have enough.The staff is kind, I would just appreciate more consistency and communication.

This pharmacy is terrible. Twice now I have called ahead to ask if my prescription was ready and the was that it was and then I arrived to pick it up, they said it was not.

I have been a patron of this location for years now. I rarely review, but tonight, my hand has been forced. Between Maggie & all of the pharmacy team, NO words can adequately suffice, so I shall simply say.... these are the kindest, most EPIC, human heroes! The largest Kroger in the immediate area but it isn't the best. The produce sometimes isn't the best, they can be out of stock very often with a lot of products that you need. The parking lot is large and they have a gas station at this location.

This is the only grocery store I will go to. Everything is always fresh and everything is always up to date with expiration dates thrown out. The staff is always so friendly and always ready to help
