Today, I visited this location to have my yearly bloodwork done. It was a pleasure to have Regina and Veronica assist me. I come to this location every year for my yearly lab work.
And, It's so refreshing to always receive such great customer service. Regina and Veronica assisted me today. They are both so professional,friendly and attentive. They are both such a compliment to your company, as well as, being so nice and caring to your clients. Will continue coming to this LabCorp site. Thank you!

This location and the entire system have issues. If you are able to get an appointment things may work out better for you. But if you are a walk in or need an appointment soon... good luck. This week (a random week in Aug) there are NO appointments at the 2 closest locations. So I tried my luck as a walk in.
Well surprise, the system has a max number of walk ins that can sign in on any given day. The system let us (there were a few with this issue) sign in and then 20min later it dropped us off the checked in list. (Note: this happened at the mulky rd location)
So I'm back the next day at 11 as a walk in again. I help a few others get checked in while waiting and watch the lab person get a chick fil a delivery at 12. At 12:25 the lights turn off from no movement. Lunch starts at 12:30 but the last person came and left by 12:10. I'm still sitting there, no communication. I only had routine labwork.

We did not have an appointment coming from the doctor’s office but Regina and Veronica took very good care of us….they got us in right away and were VERY courteous, helpful and friendly getting my partners lab work done… can’t imagine why the negative reviews unless those individuals were rude to the lab people.

Exceptional Service at LabCorp – A Heartfelt Thank You
I wanted to take a moment to recognize a truly exceptional employee at your location, though I unfortunately did not get her name. I came in around 3:30 PM needing to complete a pre-employment screening that was due by April 6th. The online system only allowed appointments starting April 8th, which put me in a bind.
This amazing woman heard my concern at 3:37 PM, answered all my questions with patience, and found a way to fit me in—on the spot. I didn’t have my ID with me and explained I lived just 5 minutes away. She showed me grace and extended time for me to return. When I got back, it was already after closing hours (around 4:00 PM), but she still welcomed me back in with kindness.
I also had my son with me, and she went above and beyond by keeping the door open to watch him while I went in to complete my test. Her actions spoke volumes about her character and dedication to excellent service.
I truly wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the proper recognition she deserves, but I hope this message finds her. Because of her, I will highly recommend this LabCorp location to anyone. Exceptional service like this is what keeps your doors open and leaves customers like me walking out with a smile.

Please go to another location. Door to the office remains closed, you do not get greeted nor any guidance. Long waits with long lines. Every hour or two an employee will call a person in. It's obvious this is run by an absentee owner that collects checks and lets the techs run the business.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Chasare Simpkins at this location. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a horrible, nasty attitude that made me feel unwelcome. I’m not sure if the wig was too tight, but her demeanor was downright disgusting.
When I returned at 1:30 like she instructed me too earlier , her attitude was even worse. It felt like I couldn't even ask her questions without being met with disdain.Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had Regina as my lab tech. She performed my blood draw with efficiency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend going here if you need labs drawn at a Labcorp.

The professionalism and customer service is terrible. I hate that I have to say this about a team of black women. I called this location as soon as they opened to see availability for an employment drug screening. This location wasn’t available on Labcorp. I was rudely told that I could not schedule over the phone. I’m confused because they aren’t available on the site. I ask if I can come in and schedule. I was told I could. I drive to the location and I’m not able to schedule. I then ask if I could wait since I was already checked and how long the wait would be. She tells me she doesn’t know and it just depends. So I’m like you don’t know how many people you have in front of me to give me an estimate. She said she has 1 person ahead of me. I let her know how rude she’s been and she (Veronica) closes the door in my face mid convo. I found out her name through her supervisor because when I asked (Veronica) she closed the door in my face a second time. Headed to a different location to get serviced. Will be taking further steps in this situation at this location.

One star is generous. Checked in at 1114 on sat there until 1215 while she took all the people who checked in after me. When I asked about it she shrugged her shoulders and said she went in order. lol clearly not! Never got my labs

Had a 3:45 pm lab appointment for my son. I went to the wrong location, totally my fault. I hustled across Atlanta traffic and checked him in at 4:20 PM. They close at 4:30 PM. Evidently that closing time doesn't matter. The lab technician informed me she had already closed down for the day and would not be able to take my son. I understand I was late for my appointment, but Lord knows that I am historically on time for doctor's appointments, including Labcorp, and it is certainly not uncommon for me to have to wait at least 30 minutes until being seen. Very disappointing service. If you can, use another location.
