Why would any company use this for shipping. They suck! So many delivery delays for made up reasons.

Packages from LaserShip always late and delayed. Bad customer service. Tracking is awful and never up to date. They call themselves OnTrac now!!! Such a bad company they had to change the name. And they’re not doing any better as OnTrac!!

Laser ship sucks. I live in Atlanta and they constantly deliver my packages to my neighbor who has the same house address but lives on a different street!
