Horrible CUSTOMER service, November 20, 2024.
I purchased a bottle of cologne on November 19, 2024. I changed my mind and wanted to exchange for another bottle. Furthermore, I stood at the Cologne (lock) booth for 10 minutes. No one showed up after ringing the bell.
I approached the registers. I asked, who appeared to be a manager, may I get some help. He turned to his right and asked an EMPLOYEE named VALENCIA. She responded very unprofessionally and seemingly did not care, "stating what I believe," he just has to go back over there. Her facial expression that I was seeking help, and she did not care said it ALL. I said fine, I'll get my money back.
While standing in line, a second unprofessional employee on register # 7 was talking about my complaint to a customer, which was very bad. This employee a young lady continued to stare me down very nastily and then look at the customer who seemingly had nothing better to do but render her opinion on a matter which neither had nothing to do with her nor concerned her. This employee decided to HOLD up the line for several minutes, gossiping with this customer about my complaint. Meanwhile, what she could have done is rang her up and then opened the cabinet for me and this would have RESOLVED the issue.
I WROTE DOWN THE TIME FOR YOUR REGIONAL MANAGER TO REVIEW THEIR BEHAVIOR. THE TIME STAMP ON MY RECEIPT IS 11-20-2024 20:23:56. CASHIER 1069. Original transaction #8835.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND STORE LOCATION. WHEN YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE WILL CAUSE YOU TO RECEIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THESE 2 EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The cashier coordinator was rude. She was very quick to snap at me and I was not rude to her in anyway.

Very busy today and employees were able to handle the crowd bu giving excellent service.
The racks were organized and easy to move between isles.
Reason for the 4 star was upon entering the store the line for the bathroom was so long it went past the entrance of the store

Always overly packed and rude staff…….. called up there and the lady literally was like “i don’t know, we short staffed” and hung up the phone. Everytime I go up there they’re rude and irritated clearly they don’t want to be there…….

Don’t Ever try to apply here. The Hiring Manager is Really rude and disrespectful and will try to argue about time. Mind you Many people have quit this place and they are understaffed and I tried to help & apply for the job. While in the interview the hiring manager asked me the same question twice because she wasn’t paying attention. 2 she asked me my availability and i told her the times because she seemed very confused, she proceeded to talk to me like i was slow and i decided to end the interview there. Dont apply here. The Security Lady was very nice and helpful though. Thank you for your help.
