There were a couple of staff directing the line of customers ready to checkout. That just seemed odd; why not just checkout the customers yourselves and expedite and enhance our customer experience. Nice selection, clean store.

This place is a lot more open and appears to have a larger variety of stuff after it's reccent renovation.

Michaels in Smyrna was so clean and organized. Helpful staff. Btw, they now have self check out.
