Got a sports physical for my son. Needed a second copy. When back to get a copy. Nurse didn’t know how to print it. So she asked me to PAY FOR ANOTHER PHYSICAL. 🙄 Should’ve used Piedmont Urgentcare.

The practitioner was nice and efficient once I was finally seen. The problem is that the clinic double-booked me, so I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I hope this clinic learns not to double-book unless they have sufficient staff on hand to see patients in parallel.
