The nurse working at this location was shockingly rude for no reason. My partner and I went online to make an appointment for a routine vaccine. While in the process of making an appointment, a pop-up message appeared on the page saying that this vaccine was kept in stock at all CVS locations, and that we should NOT make an appointment. I reread this, surprised it said not to make an appointment. So we walked up to the clinic with no appointment, and waited until the nurse asked if we needed something. I said “We are here hoping to get X vaccine, and the website said it’s kept in stock and that we weren’t supposed to make an appointment.” The nurse then laughed, and said the exact words, “that’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.” I paused for a second, wondering if she was going to clarify, she didn’t. So I asked if we could still get the vaccine. She said they don’t even carry that one, but they have a different brand, and then she turned around. We then spoke to the pharmacy, who said they did have that vaccine brand, and they got us checked in and administered it.To be clear, the other brands of this vaccine ARE administered at the clinic with appointments, or at the pharmacy with appointments. Just disappointing to be treated like that for no reason, when we were just trying to follow directions. The nurse working on 3-14-24 could have responded in literally any other way, but instead chose to be rude and dismissive. The pharmacy is 20 feet away, you’d think the clinic and pharmacy would know which vaccines the other one gives.

Wish i could give 0 stars! Went in for a uti. Was given what I'm now told was a weak antibiotic that's rarely used. Of course it came back and when I went in for a follow up was told my prior culture results showed it should have cleared up. I gave another urine sample during my period and the np was unsettled by the fact that it had blood in it. Again I was on my period. She said I needed to go to the ER that day because it appeared something was wrong with my kidneys. Went to the ER and am now stuck with a 2k bill just for them to say my kidneys were fine. Went to a urologist and of course they advised the weak antibiotic was not only the wrong one but also not prescribed for long enough. Fast forward 5 weeks later UTI is just clearing up. Minute clinic is a waste of your time!

Michelle, NP was pretty dismissive of my concerns, had the same issue 7 months ago and have not had antibiotics since. Severe sore throat, for 5 days now, unable to sleep, no medications provide any relief. Told her the same situation happened in April, i got an antibiotic and i was able to sleep 6 hours after taking the first dose and woke up and my pain in my throat was dramatically reduced. Spent 45 dollars on OTC allergy medication just to be miserable still in pain and unable to sleep.

The online minute clinic webpage said that they only accept walk-ins at this location. I travel to this location to setup an appointment, and I enter my information into the kiosk. Everything looks normal: I put in my name, info, schedule a time, and it takes my credit card. I notice that the doctor was standing in the door frame watching me put in all the information with a big smile on her face, almost like she couldn't contain her laughter. When I get done, I sit down and wait for my appointment, and the doctor comes around to tell me that the system was down and they can't see me. I told them I just used the system and everything worked fine. She said there should have been a sign on the kiosk, but it wasn't there. I asked her why she didn't tell me that from the beginning, and she gets fussy and tells me to leave. No apologies. I contact the minute clinic customer service to complain about how their system wasted my time, multiple opportunities for it to inform me that the location is not accepting patients, and the representative said they can't file a formal complaint because I don't have an official scheduled appointment, because their system is down. Gee I wonder why every Minute Clinic on earth has a horrible average review score?

Website says the clinic is open. When you get there it isn't. Drove 25 minutes for nothing. How about Update your website ?

it says that the “business hours were confirmed by this business 6 days ago”. I made an appointment for 3:30 yesterday 12/14/21, I got there and their exam room doors all had “CLOSED” on them. I asked the cashier if it was for the day, she said “no, they’re closed until January.” I asked her did she know why I could make an appointment online then and she said “I don’t know.”why did the business post 6 days ago their hours were up to date if they’re temporarily closed? it was literally a waste of my time and I could have gotten my son in somewhere else if I had known I was going to waste the whole day for an appointment that didn’t even actually happen.

NP Yasmine is such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable. For any minute clinic care, I will always come here and she remembers me from previous visits. She writes all the descriptions and is very great with explaining everything. Highly recommend her and the ease of booking appointments here!

I was hesitant to try minute clinic, but couldn't get an opening at urgent care. The nurse and NP here were so kind and accommodating! I felt very well cared for and the process was simple.

The wait time was way longer then expected and I didn’t like that and made it known to the physician. Jasmine was very sweet, professional, understanding and made sure to check me for everything and get me the proper medication that I needed. I recommend only seeing her.

The only way the minuteclinic experience could be improved is to fire anyone from the top down that has ever been a part of its operation from inception.
