My experience was great and my brows with thread were the best I’ve had in a reallyyyyyy longgggg timeee!!!!!!! My brows were done by Mimi she works on Sunday ,Monday ,and Tuesday they are the days that she works her wonders!!!!! Very sweet person !!!

Ask for Rose! She took one look at my eyebrows and knew exactly how they should be cleaned up and shaped. She listened to what I wanted, complimented and enhanced my natural eyebrow shape.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I've been going to Mona's threading and salon from serval years. I used to get waxing, and threading. Two years ago their waxing service was terrible, gave me 1st degree burns so I stopped going there for waxing.
I started going this year again, just for the threading but their staff has been changed. Their service is AWFUL.
I will NEVER GIVE BUSINESS TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T know who to Speak to a client.
They discriminate clients based on their race. They would never do this kind of behavior with an American.
I was there 40 min before closing.
The lady who attended me first was in rush and panicking that she didn't finish the service and said it's completed, I had to tell her that work was clearly incomplete so then she asked her colleague/ family member to finish it. Colleague was better at finishing the job.
First Lady's attitude was Terrible, she didn't want her colleague to finish the job according to my satisfaction.
How ridiculous it is!
Either you take a job or not take a job. You can't leave the job and ask Money for it. How unprofessional!
If you are running a business, get yourself educated on customer service.

I love Mona’s Threading; I’m always in and out and love how well they do my eyebrows. I’ve had a great experience with everyone but usually get Rose. As usual, she did my eyebrows today to perfection! She’s super nice, personable, and I love that she always takes her time to make sure my eyebrows are threaded the way I like and fit my face!
