Terriblr service! My daughter came out with a huge scar and also has her eyelids swollen due to threading. She’s done this before at another place and never had an issue. Wouldn’t recommend!Services: Eyebrow threading

Went here for first time. They were welcoming and the place is neat and clean. Went for eyebrow threading and the lady was able to do it slow and not rushing, but she didn't shape it properly. Irrespective of the fact that I was continuously telling she made it super thin. That too it's not even. Thin in one place and thick in other place. She was not ready to accept that she messed up also.Service: Eyebrow beautification

Kind, professional service. I have been searching for a place where I felt comfortable with great customer service to get my eyebrows threaded since moving here. I have been going to Mona's threading for over 5+ years and they have done exceptionally well. Rose is my go to for eyebrows. Every time she threads my brows I always get compliments. Google says you open at 10am, but the sign on the front says 10:30am. The problem is it’s 10:35am and no one is here. I stopped coming for awhile, because the new women didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Here I am back again to give them a final chance, and I see why I will have to let them go. Very worst experience. I went for hair cut. The lady didnt informed me that she cant set the hair followed by hair cut. She made my hair wet as preparation of hair cut and leave it as it is by saying that she ran out of time
