  Don’t recommend coming here to get a pedicure. I guess I had an ingrown toe nail and I didn’t realize cause before I could stop her the lady doing my pedicure decided to cut the a big part of the side of my nail and pull it out, leaving my nail crooked and hurting. She didn’t ask me anything prior to doing so. She also cute my cuticle pretty bad (on the same toe!!). The place also didn’t seem all that clean.

  I came in for a color change on my feet. My service was exceptional and the work done was good. However, the issue was when an older women ( African American ) came and asked for polish removal ( regular polish not gel ) and wax upper lip. The owner and workers repeatedly asked her about the polish, all while she kept explaining she just wanted polish removal and upper lip wax. The staff began laughing amongst themselves while speaking in their language. The older woman ( African American ) then felt uncomfortable and asked “what’s the joke?”, me feeling uncomfortable for her chimed saying “ yea I missed the joke, I’m not sure why they’re laughing “. The owner then comes out of the waxing room VERY HOSTILE to the older woman asking her “ do you want the service or not, my mom is asking you do you want it “ all while the older woman was sitting in the chair waiting to be serviced. She proceeded to leave the salon because she felt uncomfortable. I myself, will never return here, and if you’re an African American woman or man PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! WE ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE!!!! JUST

  The worst place to get your nails done, their polishes are old and it doesn't last at all.
  
  The woman serving at the desk has a horrible attitude towards the customer.
  
  They usually have the doors open because it smells horrible so if you arrive and the doors are closed, you will have to live with the smell of dirty bathroom, a foul and rotten smell.
  
  Nobody speaks English correctly and therefore it is difficult for them to understand. COMMUNICATION LIMITATION
  
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

  the woman who did my toes is a sweetheart, but the way she did my big toes physically hurt. my toe is infected and theres dried blood. she took out so much skin/nail when she didn't have too. her english wasn't fluent so she couldn't understand much, only my discomfort in my face.

  Quite rude service every time i come here … and I’ve only been like twice a year. That speaks volumes. From being on your phone the whole time watching movies while doing my nails, nails breaking off in couple days, to just bad service in general.

  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.. If I could give a ZERO I would. Do Not Go Here! My original salon was booked so I ended up at Nails 1st. The name should not be Nails 1st it should be (Last Resort Nail Service)Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk asked me what service I wanted. I said a full set. Without even acknowledging me she pulled the chair that was behind her out. I said you want me to sit here? she just pointed to the chair hand motioning up and down without looking at me and said rudely ..SIT. I politely and immediately walked out and drove across the street to Lovely Nails who were very accommodating and had exceptional customer service. I say to Nails 1st. If you having a bad day don't come to work. If you don't like what you do don't come to work. If you don't like people don't come to work. It's inappropriate it's rude and it's ignorance in regards to customer service. I am more than sure their business is based on a last-resort service option for all their clients.

  So tomorrow is my birthday and I only came here bc my nail salon is closed . The young lady was VERY AGGRESSIVE. I wanted a color and she suggested an entirely different color which I didn’t like so I opted for milky white. I’m a chef and I wash and use my hands very often. Tiny cut like these are the worst to deal with . I wouldn’t come here again.

  My overall experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. My intention was to have my SNS nails removed and receive a repolish. Regrettably, upon my arrival, I was instructed to soak my nails and was subsequently left unattended for over an hour and a half while the staff attended to other clients. To my dismay, more than four individuals were served ahead of me, resulting in my nails soaking for an extended duration leaving my nails dry and brittle, due to their apparent lack of attentiveness. When, at long last, they attended to me, I declined to proceed with the nail polishing. I settled my bill and departed. Upon reviewing the comments from other patrons, it appears that such subpar service may be a recurring issue. I will not be returning.Service: Polish removal
