We've been return customers for a little while, most recently my husband was heavily overcharged for the part he needed, and the work was not done well. We ended up paying $1000 just to have to take the vehicle elsewhere to fix this shop's mistakes. After we complained they offered us a $75 voucher to come back😂 Save your $ and your time and find someone reputable who isn't going to rip you off.

I’ve been coming here ever since I first moved here a little while ago and at first the service was decent. It has since declined and with my latest trip there I can’t say I’ll be back. I took my car in for a cv axel and left with a horrible scraping sound coming from the same area they just repaired. I decided to take it to another mechanic which they kindly let me know there’s a backing plate behind the rotor that was fully loose and deformed and scraping all along the rotor and also a concerning amount of old grease was left behind that should’ve been cleaned. The new shop let me know that a simple test drive of the vehicle would’ve brought this mishap to their attention immediately so I assume that wasn’t done. I was a loyal customer here paying multiple thousands of dollars here and unfortunately this is not the customer service I expected paying what I’ve paid. Attached you can hear the scraping after literally driving probably 25 miles.

I came here to find out what was rattling in my wheel. I recently had new tires put on. These guys were honest and told me there was NO CHARGE after fixing the rattle. I really appreciate this and the nice gesture. It is a big help for a small business owner like me, to be able to find a mechanic I can trust. Thank you!
