The Park at Vinings exceeded my expectations. Trina and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. Trina provided a very smooth experience for me when I was preparing to move here. The apartment complex is clean, well-kept and cozy. I was very pleased to see that my apartment was in top notch shape. They have a quality facility as well as amenities. Grateful to be here!

Poor Living Conditions: Living conditions are unhealthy — mold, moisture, and damp smells are common. It affects daily life and even causes health problems. Definitely not worth the rent being charged.

I just moved in Saturday after looking at a good 20 apartments in the area and I must say the entire process has been the best that I’ve experienced. Trina Slate is a godsend and I really truly adore that lady. From the time I walked into the office even up until today with me sending her emails requesting certain things she has been on it! Very helpful, attentive, transparent and such a pleasant person. I am huge on customer service, so Trina has been very refreshing, especially compared to some of the other experiences I’ve had. I don’t know the names of everyone in the office, but the entire staff has been amazing, and this is not just talk. Everything has been explained very well, the process has been easy and everything is done with a sense of urgency. That is very much appreciated in these times. They give you a cute little welcome bag along with your keys and a really nice packet that answers any and all questions you may have about the apartment and complex itself. I didn’t even know these apartments were back here, but I’m so glad that I found them. The apartment is perfect and I know that I will be happy living here.

BIG shout out to Diyandra Pruitt of Promove for helping us find Park at Vinings. Diyandra helped us narrow down our apartment search based on budget and area. She even included commute times in her search results. She scheduled tours and made many helpful recommendations. She made the big city of ATL manageable for us.
HUGE shout out to Trina Slade at Park at Vinings. From the moment we walked in the rental office, Trina made us want to rent here. She was energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She was a strong positive ambassador for the complex--a stark contract to other places we toured. I was helping my son choose where to live in Atlanta for him to start his first job after college graduation. Trina made him feel welcome and put my mother's mind at ease.
Trina walked my son through every step of the leasing process with competence and patience. She made sure he had all the information to make the right leasing decisions, and she made herself available for all the myriad questions he had.
Move-in was this past weekend, and it was clear Trina had paved the way for a smooth transition. I can't think how it could have been any easier. The apartment was extra clean, with fresh paint and new carpet. A bag of goodies and little necessities was an extra special touch.
Thank you, Trina Slade, for helping start this new chapter with big smiles all around!

The move in process to this complex was made much simpler by the agent who helped us, Trina. Throughout the entire process she answered all of our many questions and let us see our actual unit before we signed the lease (which you will be hard pressed to find other complexes confident enough in their units to show renters before they sign).
While I’m writing this before actually living in the complex, I have no doubts that this complex will be a lovely place to stay. The office here is filled with agents happy to help. It’s one of the cleanest complexes I’ve stayed at inside and outside.

We are moving in today and I cannot say enough good things about Trina and the entire office staff! Trina was so thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. Park at Vinings already feels like home! We saw our apartment before signing the lease and it is perfect! We cannot wait to live here! (Will update after living here for a while, but so far so great!)

Unprofessional staff, no updates to the community in 5 years, gate never worked, terrible amenities, bugs, and terrible maintenance. Gym is basically worthless. Pool is always dirty. Water is shut off every other day it seemed. Things never got fixed by maintenance. Most disrespectful and unprofessional staff at any apartment that I've lived in. Good tenant for 5 years and they were horrible to me. They will steal money from you and break the law. Charged pet fee for ESA with proper documentation.

I recently moved into Park at Vinings, and Trina made the process smooth and stress-free. She was always prompt in answering any questions we had and was quick to address any issues that came up during our move-in. Really appreciated how helpful and responsive she was throughout the process!

Quick and thoughtful service. They (Mariana and Trina) went out of their way to help me. The asst manager Brandy Baird was over the top helpful! Cannoy recommend them enough. SO thankful and happy.
