Went in today because I’ve never seen a PETCO like this…small…quaint….and comfortable. Sadly , I’m writing this hours later and forgot the ladies name, but she has reddish hair and lived in Iowa , had Dobermans, now has a pit bull like me. She was/is awesome and personable. She took me around the store and even showed off the self wash place which I can’t wait to bring my dogs to! Thank you!

Great personality and any information you need you can ask the ladies and gentlemen at this location. They are very, very helpful. Great place to give my Sparky the little Chihuahua a bath.

One of the vets is super judgmental and slightly arrogant. Instead of providing education she judged me a first time pet parent. They told me they do not accept Breeder vaccines. They should give that disclaimer on their website before u make your appointment and drive 40 min. I accidentally left my records and I was told they would put them up, they lost them. I just called and the lady who answered the phone talked all over me stating they do not sale prescriptions. I did get it from that location. Apparently the VETCO staff is totally unrelated to the PETCo staff and rather than say that and acknowledge I got it from there she acted like I was crazy. She also had was rude when relaying she had no clue about their work hours. Wild since y’all work in the same building for the same/similar company. Most of the staff was nice but a few ppl need to be reassigned to a job in a dark from only doing stock!
