Terrible service. Last week I went to get my dog groomed. When I arrived, they told me that I would have to update the rabies vaccine. So I paid for the service, $89.00, and scheduled it for 3 days after the vaccine. On the day in question, I couldn't go because I had personal problems. So I rescheduled it for today. To my surprise, when I got here, they told me that it wouldn't be possible to do the procedure because the dog had a lot of knots. In short, I wasted my time and money. Since they thought it wouldn't be possible to do the procedure on the dog, why did they want to sell the vaccine service? If this is any advice for anyone thinking of coming here, I recommend looking for another place, because here you will waste time and money!!!!

Not a lot of cat care items when it comes to medical stuff. Toy selection, food, treats etc are plentiful though.

Groomers always seem to be late for early 8:00am appointments.. why have the time slot if the groomers aren’t held accountable to arrive by then? It’s frustrating to constantly have to wait for them, management clearly doesn’t do anything about it.

My doggies have been to the pet hotel and grooming always a great experience. They remembered my doggies name at the first visit! My girls are happy to stay here! Here are some pictures their VDAY event and play group!

Trainer Lai Loni has done wonders with our Yorkie, Jaxx. We brought him to beginner training last July and by Christmas, our family was so impressed by Jaxx’s improvements. Lai Loni is so informative and invested in her students. While the PetSmart training guide is helpful, it’s Lai Loni’s instructions and guidance that helped Jaxx succeed. He went from a very reactive dog to a dog who listens and is excited to practice. We’ve learned how to communicate with him and it’s made a world of difference. The icing on the cake is that Jaxx absolutely loves attending class with Lai Loni.

5Stars because PetSmart had what we wanted, unfortunately the receptionist thought it was a good idea to tell the people in front of us, who were super excited to see our puppy, all the reasons she thought they shouldn’t like the kind of puppy we had, and they should get the kind of dog she has… very unprofessional, right in front of us, we were polite, but thought that she could use training in customer service. Rude and didn’t even know it.

This place smelled like nasty rotting fish and the store was a mess (I frequent plenty other petsmarts and never smelled and looked this bad). Attitudes matched the smell as well from the cashier associate # 812077 (another identifier for ya— holly berries dyed into her hair). No customer service and had the nastiest tone when she did speak to me. She just stuck out the scanner and expected me to ring up my items instead of asking me if I could do it? Idk but she sucked and definitely needs to rethink her job, as she has the choice to work there!

PETSMART VET CLINIC- Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The front desk was quick and helpful. The vet tech came in and laid everything out on what the process and procedure was for my pet. Everything was very clear and she clarified any questions. I had. The actual doctor was very efficient and also answered any questions I had calmly and made sure I understood. The whole appointment was very quick I was probably in and out of there under an hour and a half.

Me and my girl came in looking for fish only wanted to buy 2 I come here all the time to get stuff for my other pets the lady in the fish department refused to sale us fish when we came here to replace the ones we bought before that died that were sick mind you the lady barely speaks any English she walked by us waving her nose saying it was stink almost feel like she didn’t want to deal and work with us because we are black. It’s sad I came here to let my girl pick out what ever she wanted and I get told no she can’t buy them cause there different and the tank size when we have two different tanks at home I wasted gas coming to this place I know to spend my money else where now this is unacceptable to be treated like this 2 days after Christmas

The girl who always checks us out, Cam is very unwelcoming. She's here every time we come to get our dog's food and is not at all friendly. At one point she accidentally charged us over 60 dollars more than the items we bought and when we came back she didn't apologize and seemed like she was under the influence of drugs. Wouldn't shop here if we had another choice.

The one star is specifically for the grooming department. My dog attends weekend day camp regularly - almost weekly, and after each camp session he is scheduled for a quick wash. Because it is a recurring theme of poor service, dishonesty, poor communication from the grooming department staff, I must write this review. The specific groomer is Andrew. On more than one occasion my dog has either not been serviced, or I arrived and my dog's appointment was delayed and I was given a fabricated story that he was "reactive" and his service could not be performed (only to learn the grooming department was short-staffed), or today, was told my dog bit him, after Andrew was informed that I had arrived but my dog was had just been taken to the salon. Yet, when I questioned Andrew to explain how the incident occurred, he could not provide a clear and cohesive story. Then he sent a manager, Jess, to speak to me and I deduced she was a "team leader" by how she presented because she did not know when my dog was scheduled for his service (she gave the incorrect time), she stated they tried to trim his nails which I questioned because his vet cut his nails 2 weeks prior and nail trimming was not apart of the service. The last time I checked Pet Smart does not provide any "complimentary" services. Therefore, that was a lie. She then used the words, "she speculated." as she tried to explain how my dog bit Andrew. I stopped her and told her my profession and stated to not speculate but to give facts. Lastly, she deflected to the Pet Hotel staff as the reason for the grooming salon's poor performance. If nothing else, that in itself was telling that Jess was a mere shift leader, not in the realm of a manager.
Finally, I spoke with the store manager after he arrived. I expressed my discontent and he is aware that this is a recurrence. It is with great expectation that this issue will be remediated with his grooming staff as he communicated to me that he would address the issue. Lastly, training is essential but he cannot train people to be honest and have integrity.

This is where I buy my dogs supplies. The location is always clean and well organize. Their employees are always pleasant. Donna is so knowledgeable and pleasant.
