Convenient location, and the updated interior is an improvement! However, the Black Card digital sign-in “kiosk” is a frustrating disappointment. The first time using it, it was partial user error, as I didn’t notice the QR scanner behind the screen. However, when I asked for assistance, the employee absentmindedly tapped me through the steps I had already completed, not even making eye contact.The second time I tried using the amenities, I was prepared to scan my WE code for checkin. All the slots for all the amenities were open, so I selected a hydro massage, only to be told by the attendant that they were both full, regardless of the kiosk showing FULL openings. It turns out ALL the amenities were booked, and it was not reflected at the kiosk I was informed to use my previous visit.Today was my third attempt, and I had no issue booking a time, signing in (after hearing a worker inform a lady in front of me that time slots don’t really matter), and heading to the Total Body Enhancement. However, despite having completed all the steps I had been instructed to take, the machine would not start no matter how many buttons I pressed.It’s annoying to be told to use the kiosk, as to not bother the staff, then be told the kiosk isn’t accurate, then be instructed to use the kiosk AGAIN when apparently you pretty much always need to talk to an attendant to start your appointment. Just take the dang kiosk away if it’s not accurate, non-responsive, and not self-starting.Sincerely, someone who’s tired of getting looked at like she’s an idiot when she’s just trying to follow instructions.

This gym is cool and all but no one ever cleans the toilets, I came 3 days straight this week, today makes 4 and the same period stain in running down the toilet, that’s disgusting. Don’t get me wrong some of these women need to clean up after themselves because sometimes I’ll even see pee drops on the toilet seat but if we’re paying our monthly gym bill on top of the yearly $50 “maintenance fee” the staff should at least be cleaning around the toilets.

My fave Planet Fitness. Machines are plentiful and well spaced. Vibes are always very laid back. Everything (including the restrooms) is always very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm from NY and visited this location last weekend. I must say, it's one of the nicest locations I've trained at so far. Very clean and extremely spacious. I was speaking with one of the staff members and she said this location was newly renovated. Great job!

Worst service,really bad staff service,so you go is and get a membership pf black which you can bring a friend in,or I guess that’s depending on who is working I’m not sure of the staff is racist or what cuz as a guest of two friends with pf black card I couldn’t get in,and plus an other family member with a pf black had it to take his girlfriend home cuz she couldn’t get in either,for sure some memberships will be cancel.

I love the cleanliness and the atmosphere. Staff is super nice and friendly. I never have to pause my workout do too waiting on a piece of equipment. There is always something open.

I go pretty early in the mornings and not many people are there, so cannot comment on the crowd. What I will say is that the place is always clean, organized, good temperature, and all equipment is in good working order. The facility was recently renovated, so I hope the team will maintain this high level of care. VERY reasonable with a small annual fee and only $10 a month.

I transferred to Atlanta and started using this gym. It's pretty decent. Dayna is a great staff. She took her time to show me around the black membership spa area. Thank you Dayna.

5 team members sitting behind the front desk on their phones. Meanwhile the bathroom is an absolute mess missing paper towels and toilet paper. At least have your staff “look” busy

I have been going to pf for years. Loved it then, love it now. From the equipment, space and the black card member privledges. Definitely recommend. Such a great starter and ongoing gym,m.

Planet Fitness is the bomb!!! When I can’t sleep I get up and go to Planet Fitness at Cumberland Mall. It is safe, clean, not so many people. I can work out and not feel like it is crowded. Great work out!!!!

Feels like a completely new gym. Glad to see some of the same employees there to greet and assist. The equipment is pretty much the same, but you will feel like you're in a totally new space. This location will put the others to shame. But pls, stick to your own location and don't come crowding ours up lol

Whoever signed off on this remodel shouldn’t work in retail. How do you make a gym so much worse spending all this money?Half the gym is now like a dungeon. No new equipment, no new flooring-it’s filthy and holes in it, and they didn’t even bother to clean equipment they had. A few things still broken and damaged, attachments missing. No new tv’s, lights out everywhere. Yeesh.

No cameras in parking lot, car was side swiped by other member with no accountability on the part of the club or property. under construction for a month. Called on opening date to ask if they were open was informed they were. When arrived still under heavy construction. Club has no regard for its members property or time. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Came to visit. With Someone. I’m from out of town. I really love this location. The staff was welcoming & very helpful. Of course. When I come to back to visit again. I will be visiting this location again. I love the machines. The restrooms are very clean.
