I recently had the misfortune of visiting the QT gas station on this location, and was treated with utter disrespect by one of the workers. As a Spanish-speaking customer, I felt like I was intentionally being made to feel unwelcome and disrespected.
The worker's behavior of the black male was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He seemed to take issue with my language and culture, and made a point to be as rude and condescending as possible.
I've never felt so disrespected and belittled in my life. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic dignity and respect. Unfortunately, this QT gas station failed miserably in that regard. II would not recommend this location to anyone, especially those who speak Spanish or come from diverse backgrounds. The lack of cultural sensitivity and professionalism is appalling. One star is even too generous for this place.

Your employees need to put down their phones when a customer walks up to the register. They literally made me wait so they could finish their texting. Put the phones down and do what you're paid to do.

Typically the cheapest gas in the area. Store is always very clean and employees are nice. Definitely my go to gas station in the Smyrna area.

I would think if I lived closer to the city of Atlanta to expect this rachet behavior! From a female who clearly laxka manners common sense and respect for others! I've been living in my owned house for 22 yrs and this quik trip is in my community! This monster of an employee is unprofessional rude and belongs in zoo or the nearest day care! She rings up items of her own and charges the customers! Not friendly at all! And quite frankly I know our community is tired of this trash behavior! Please get rid of her as I am also contacting corporate with my videos and receipts of her inappropriate and illegal acts and misconduct in behavior and appearance

Joshua refused to sell me a tobacco product because he saw me talking to someone that couldn’t purchase a tobacco product. He was loud and wrong. He tried to tell me I was buying it for the underage person and I was not. He didn’t hear what we said to each other, he just assumed and an assumption is just what it is. An assumption. Don’t be a hero Joshua. Just do your job.

They don't accept Georgia Concealed Carry Permit as a form of id. Despite the fact that it's a government issued State photo ID that includes a DOB. Aside from that it's always packed, and there's homeless people that hang out out front. Most of the staff seem overworked and indifferent.

Stopped by here at 1am coming back from Children’s Healthcare with my child.Sketchy guy at the front begging and when he noticed my wife in the car he started walking towards her car fiddling with something.Do not go to this location! Your life will be in danger!

Good afternoon,This morning I stopped by Quiktrip to fill my gas tank up. It did not take the whole 40 dollars, so I returned in the store for change. The store was on 100. It had to be about15-20 people in line when I returned in the store. So I asked the associate where I needed to go to retrieve my change. She said get back in line. I said what? Can you say turtle? No urgency! I am accustomed to the Quiktrip on the west side. Normally I pay at the pump, but I used some of my birthday money. Lesson learned.My suggestion to the management at the store. Teach your associates to multitask so that they can return change and work on getting their line down at the same time. It’s just great customer service, I didn’t break the line, I just needed my change from my purchase. Have a great day!

My experience at QT was awesome. I went into a location to get a drink and pretzel. They didn’t quite have the items that I wanted, but Blake & Jawan stepped right on in to suggest other items & answered my questions without frown’s & attitude. Instead they had big ole smiles. Jawan & Blake we’re very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I really appreciated them for their kindness and awesome customer service. You guys rock. Store 768!!!!

This is my everyday qt , & I love it . But this one lady at the register , black chick w/ shaved sides & four dreads at the top was just very unprofessional & didn’t know how to mind her business while I was speaking to another employee. She made this experience very unpleasant
