I walked into this store for some snacks and had such a bad experience with one of the workers! she had such a terrible attitude and treated me horribly. i will not want to give my money to this store while she’s working there!!!!

Dirty. Girl “stocking” with a cart and crates strewn about blocking the entire aisle and ignoring customers as they have to literally step over her. Refused to accept an official State of GA Temporary License with a photo and scannable barcode which the State recognizes as a valid photo ID until a replacement is received.

On Thursday June 20th around 5:30pm, I came in to use my $50 gift card to get gas and the attendant charged the $50 on my gift card but told me that he doesn’t see the money in his transaction whereas when I checked my visa gift card statement, it says that $50 was charged at this quiktrip at that exact time. My wife and I demanded to speak to the manager and he came out and was not of any help as well. All I needed was my refund since I did not use the $50 on the gift card to get the gas anymore, but the amount was charged by quiktrip according to my card statement. 👎🏿 👎🏿👎🏿
The lady worker had a nasty disgusting attitude. 👎🏿👎🏿

Love this QT. Plenty of lanes here and well spaced out. Wish you could make an easier turn in/out of at times, but always reasonably priced and appreciate the free air like other Ways

black woman who was working on the evening of 11/26/23, a kind stranger paid for what i got and walked away before i noticed, i looked at her confused and she said “that’s a blessing girl happy belated bday” (she had just checked my id so she knew) i thought that was very kind of her to say wish i would have gave her the money as a tip instead but i was so confused i wasn’t thinking

Well first of all, the lady worker was rude. I asked her she have a tobacco product. She said no because she didn’t feel like going to look and one of the other nice coworkers, which was a gentleman say yeah we do here it is so thanks to him for the good customer service and taking initiative to go look and help find a product for me.

I decided to do a quick review, since they impeded my time by not having receipt paper at the gas pump. This happens too often, so I hope this will be addressed. The pumps should be checked daily for the paper roll. Also, there was one person at the register. She was friendly, but there were about 7 ppl in line, while someone was behind the food section, wiping down a wall. The patrons should be priority. This just further added to the delay and counters the name, QuikTrip.
