My unit was robbed 5 months after storing there, $1,000 stolded. Only allowes $2k of insurance. Then they raised raised my rates 3 times in 20 months. 50% This place is joke! Nothing secure about it!

This is something I want to bring to anyone attention that is looking for a reasonably priced storage unit. I only selected this storage because of the monthly Ifee. It is very old compared to most storage units in the area but it was reasonably priced. When I was finalizing my rental the guy did inform me that rate could possible go up. I should have asked more questions at the time but I did not. I rented this storage June 22nd and paid the same amount July 22nd. Now as of August the fee has gone up by $14 dollars. So here is the catcher. They lure you in with a pretty good monthly fee but then raise your amount $14 a month later. Do your research. If you are going to pay this amount for a little 10X10 storage, at least go to a nice, clean, well kept storage unit. I am in the process of looking for new storage and getting the hell out of here. You won't be scamming me ,but nice try! I'm almost sure that if I stick around that it will go up again in October. There is no way they should be charging this amount for the conditions of there storage units. DO NOT RENT!!!

No customer service and unable to contact this location to speak with anyone directly. 4th day this week ive tried to see someone at this location and no one seems to work here.
Need info on how to correct missing discount on online payment system. I’ve been a long time customer but doesn’t seem to matter. You get better rates if you’re a new customer.
