Very poor customer service, went in and the store wasn’t busy yet no one greeted me or took my order, waited 10 minutes at the counter and then decided to use the store up the road.

Just left the store. The young man says he doesn't have to sale me paint. What is wrong with young people. He had to get up, he was texting, and wait on some one.

Don't waste your time in this store, they make everything difficult for you to buy something until they check your credit to be able to buy here. Better to go to Home Depot oh lowe's but not here. They just made me lose over an hour to get my account approved and first they closed before my account was approved. ?

I have been going in the store for several years now and the people that work there are always extremely courteous and willing to answer any of my dumb questions about different types of paints. They are always hustling and work hard to get you in and out of there quickly.

Yes! They are ready and willing to help. They want you to understand how the products work. They are young and enthusiastic. They are fearless and want to share information with you. They have all the products that you need. They treat you with respect! They are fully stocked with brochures and literature. Staff is friendly and personable. I called in my order and they had the products waiting for me and mixed paint when I solidified the order. They care about you and your projects. Shop here if you want the right experience! I have been to many paint stores but this was an entire journey on the red pill.

Just terrible. This store closes before it's stated time. I know everyone is working hard, but how hard is it to actually close your store at 6pm and not 15 minutes before. I arrived at this location at 5:45 and the store was already closed, the lights were off, and they were no longer answering the phone. Unacceptable.

Went in to get a stain matched to some hardwood flooring I had to repair. Staff was super helpful and willing even though I’m not a big spending customer and this order was going to be small. They matched it up perfect! Very pleasant experience!

Please avoid this location and save yourself the time and trouble. The location on Cumberland Parkway (2451 Cumberland Pkwy SE Ste 100, Atlanta, GA 30339) is SO much better. I came to this location to get concrete paint, I needed 3 gallons, they confirmed that they had 3. After waiting 45 minutes for them to mix the paint, I was told that they only have 2 gallons. The associate helping me "misplaced" the 3rd gallon, or so I was told. Really? Nonetheless, I accepted it and moved on.As we started painting, we realized that the paints were 2 different colors. When I went back to the location, I was told that they were having issues with their mixing machine and that is the reason why the paint colors are different. Are you kidding me? Of course, they did not have the paint and if they did, they couldn't mix it anyway. I went to a different store and had to buy even more paint to paint over the incorrect paint that they gave me. A complete waste of time and money. Complete incompetence on their part. Avoid at all costs.
