My nail tech was really nice. But she missed a spot. So the job wasn’t done all the way. Might have to go back, to get it fixed. Over all the pedicure was $50 + $10 tip.

I have been coming here on and off for years. I was consistently going for over a year. With is this last visit. They won me back! I asked for a medium length, coffin nail. Mind you the previous place I went to gave me a French tip that looked like teeth. They did a great job Train at station 3 did my nails. But May did my feet. May always does an amazing job. Her foot massages are the best and my toes always come out pretty. I got the deluxe with colleges socks. Loved how everything came out. They took their time and listened when I said I wanted something fixed. Please go here and request them both.

They cut my cuticles too low, to the point where they were bleeding and hurting really bad. I will not be going back there.

This is the best nail salon in Cobb County, all the nail techs are phenomenal! They make you feel so comfortable & take there time.. Miss Julie was my tech, patient, sweet & humble. I highly recommend this location!💜💜💜

Horrible experience. I always come with my mom because she genuinely likes this place. The only person who does your nails nice is the Richie. I don’t know the name of the lady but I asked for acrylic and manicure, I was choosing the color and I kept getting rushed and laughed at, I asked for French on my toes and she said I couldn’t get a design because it wasn’t gel. I asked to get my nails done I showed her a picture and everything and she just walked away and did someone else’s acrylic without saying anything. My sister paid attention to her she then laughed and looked at me. Never coming back again. How do y’all want nice tips when you don’t listen to what the customer wants? Gel messes my nails up bad. Please be considerate.

Very skilled staff, great with all services; however after 4+years I will not be retuning due to the lack of respect shown by the staff . Mia , Vivian and Anne continuously talked about customers and laughed in their faces while providing services. Which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
It's very important to be mindful of what you say in front of paying customers, as people are capable of translating multiple languages ! No service is worth blatant disrespect .

I recently started going back to this spot last year,, because the same thing they did to me previously they did again yesterday. I usually go to this spot but I had to give 1 star for last visit. They over charged me. Last visit I got a gel fill-in and a Gel basic pedicure. I used 2 colors as I always do I paid 90.00 then I tip 10.00 total of 100.00. I go this time getting the exact same service just different colors they charged me 105.00. I tried to explain to the lady owner that it's the same exact service from before and I could show her my bank statements of what I pay each month. She tells me things are so expensive now. That has nothing to do with me. I expect to come in and pay the same price I been paying for the years I been coming to you. Very disappointed in this bamboozled act. Looking for a different salon.
