I am giving up on this location. They always serve cold food and few times stale which they acknowledged and replaced. Better go to different location.Vegetarian options: Go to different location. They are not particular about giving you the right food what you ordered.

The staff was insanely attentive. We had some issues ordering on the kiosk and were helped immediately. The food came out in less than 3 minutes and we ordered a decent amount. I highly recommend coming here.

Complaints all up and down about the drive through wait and it’s really a 45 min hour wait management needs to turn off mobile orders if they don’t have the employees to staff the building and it run sufficiently while waiting in line almost 20 cars I see one employee cleaning the lobby mind u it’s 1 am lobby been closed for a min ? understand there’s other stuff to do but when your drive through has 20 cars just sitting 45 min at least

No shade… I hate the fact that it takes a few seconds to place an online order but takes a hour to get thru the drive through to get my food. This location is good but the sense of urgency lacks soon as the sun goes down.

Ordered a strawberry freeze . Thief at the drive through clearly gives me a strawberry lemonade that come in a different cup than the freezes come in . I ask before I leave if it’s correct . He says yes . I have to pull over to check a picture in the app to see if I was crazy . I come back and he says they’re out of the strawberry freeze . When I ask why did you give me the wrong drink on purpose ?? He started complaining . Classless and terrible

Gave this store a chance after them messing up my order several months ago. Regretted it instantly.Completely messed up my order. Missing half the order and didn’t make the tacos right.Tried to call 3 times to let them know their kitchen isn’t reading the orders correctly but they just kept picking the phone up and putting it back down to stop the call.Zero care what they’re putting out to the world so don’t trust what they’re putting into your body

2nd frustrating experience in a row with this location closing early without any notification on mobile app. This time I sat at the drive thru speaker for mobile order waiting. There were a few other cars in the lot and a few people standing around outside. I decided to pull up after waiting 5 minutes, there was another customer waiting behind me in the queue. Only at the window was there a sign that said they were closed for remodel. This could’ve been avoided if the location was closed in the app itself. Why keep the store open til 3am online if it’s closed.

This taco bell is awful. Seriously, listen to the reviews and don’t come here if you have less than an hour to spare wasting away in line. The employees don’t care, I thought there was 1 person working in the kitchen. There were at least 6 tonight. After being told they’re only taking mobile orders and waiting 40 minutes in line, I get to the front and the employees are kiking, a few people just walking around laughing, someone made themselves a drink while we were watching ours sitting in the window. Just goofy and unorganized.Last time I ordered at at this location, I got home and our order was completely wrong (I’m a vegetarian, it wasn’t). We went back and then had our order handed back to us wrong- THREE TIMES. Always check your food before leaving the window and god speed.

Waited in the drive through for over an hour only to be told that they are short staffed and cannot accept additional customers. Done with this place. A sign for or employee to let us know would have been great, instead of just waiting until everyone drives up, knowing it will tick everyone off!

Don’t bother. You’ll be in the drive thru for, not exaggerating, 30 minutes minimum. I have no clue how a fast food restaurant takes this long consistently. Completely baffling. The staff is typically friendly and the food comes out fine, but you literally have to block out time to come here, whether you order on the app or in person.

I wish I could give zero stars. It's wild that you'll wait 20+ minutes for a single order, only for the guy at the window to get rude and condescending, AND the order is wrong.Like, if you're going to take 20 minutes to make a taco, you could at least do it right
