Went to purchase a total wireless by Verizon at the target in smryna for a friend. They had a deal of #65 off with activation and $60 purchase. The ladybthat does activation left early. I asked if they would still honor the discount and the managers said no. They lost money cause they wouldn't honor the discount without activation.

I had the worst experience here on 1/9/25. I placed my order early. When I got out of work. I went to target and parked to get my items. The manager asked us after 30 minutes waiting for the grocery. If we could please come in to target and go to pick up. The line was long in a point waiting for 30 minutes. I finally got to the front and a girl name Natalia, was very rude told me go get your cart to put your grocery. That’s not my job. I ask what was her name she told me straight up. I don’t have to give you my name. She thru my other bags missing. I spoke to the manager and until this day nothing was done. This Target has poor customer service. They need new management.

Terrible customer service. They leave you sitting outside for curbside pickup for over an hour and don’t care. Why offer the service if you can’t deliver. This is the 4th time this has happened. Maybe Walmart curbside is better.

Target pickup at this location has really gone down lately. If you go at a random time during the day. It's okay, but if you try to go after work, plan to wait for over 40 minutes with no updates, no communication, and only a couple of cars getting there orders at a time. I'm not understanding where the process breakdown is.

Customer service was poor, it seems like no employee wanted to talk to ask if you needed help. Negative attitudes and no positive attitude but there was one employee with a positive attitude at check out was socializing and asking if their shopping experience was good. Other that the experience was like Walmart. I get it, it's the Holidays but you signed up for retail and retail is all about customer service well pretty much any job is about customer service.

I truly understand that this is a busy time of year, but it should never take 30 min in drive-up to get my order. The phone line is even turned off to ask questions. I would have gone inside, but knew that would cause even more delays if my order was already packed up for drive-up. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the employee in the parking lot delivering has a friend that she’s talking to while on the clock and he’s parked in a drive-up spot. Thee ghetto.

I stores were amazing quick checkout lines. Clean store. I just had one issue. I left the store with 2 laundry soaps both in a bag went out of the store sat in front of the door where they store carts. And a nugget pusher grabbed out my bags handed them to me and took my cart without saying a word, I was waiting for my husband to pull up and get me so I would have liked to hold onto the buggy. But the rude cart pusher took it from me. He was skinny with medium ish black curly hair. I should’ve said something but I couldn’t even get a word out of my mouth before he pushed the cart back inside.
Also they did not have their brand laundry softener which is my favorite up & up fabric softener. They sell the big thing of it which is 200 loads nearly for 10 dollars. Which was out of stock. I had to get a smaller snuggle brand one

Why is it 10am on Tuesday 9/17, and self check out is not open to use? And only two checkout lines available and no urgency from the manager on duty to open another lane, instead he is busy chatting and laughing it up with the Starbucks girls… not a good look to customers in a long line.

This my neighborhood Target. I went to return game that I bought for our Wii and I was given a download case for the game. Not sure why these are even sold. You can download any game you want at home without going to the store. Also this has happened before. Not a problem returning it before as we don’t put our 7 year old on any online games just for safety reasons. Except this time the young man that was in charge of returns that day would not let me return the game case. Mind you this is just a case, there is no physical game in the case. When I mean he wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. Omg he made into this big thing. Other employees were looking and laughing as if it was joke. Lie it was funny to them that I’m not getting any help with the wrong product I was given. I go to the back and on of their brand partners in the game section was just as surprised as I was. She even said that it was understandable and that it happens and that she never seen anyone have problems with returning this item. Now I’m out of $40 and I queasy the joke is on me. WOW I would expect this from another retailer but not Target. The reason why I even go to Target is for the experience. I’m beyond upset that this is what is being done. Doesn’t matter that I asked for a physical game, it doesn’t matter that I didn’t use the product, it doesn’t matter that I was returning the product with in the time allowed. These is crazy! So when all store fronts are close and everyone is shopping online and people don’t have jobs remember situations like this one. Because truly unbelievable, unfortunate, situation that didn’t have to be a problem.
