The guy working in Greenville, S.C. had me pay $100 cash deposit and insisted I would get it back when the truck was returned. An hour away the truck had a transmission problem. We spent almost 5 hours in a parking lot at night before U-Haul got us a room because they couldn’t get a replacement. 3 days later after switching trucks and returning the new truck, I found out he lied. U-Haul informed me that they do not give cash deposits back and I would have to wait for the card refund. I was told this on the phone by someone named Melissa. A week later I am still waiting for them to provide the deposit back. The place I returned it to is 3320 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. Apparently they told U-Haul that they gave me cash back. Good thing I had a witness and took screenshots of all the conversations with U-Haul regarding this during the 3 days before the truck was returned. Still waiting for the deposit today. It’s been a week. They just keep saying they have escalated it and to wait 3 days. This is very dishonest and dirty way to conduct business. Stealing anything is a sin, stealing $100 from a customer that just dealt with a truck breakdown, having to move and relocate for work is just terrible. Maybe it was the girl working the counter. Maybe it was the owner. Either way I would stay away from dishonest people!

Super nice and helpful lady in the front! Left some stuff on accident in back of my U-Haul and kept it safe for me until I could get it back. Also straightforward!! No hidden fees/charges!! Will def be using again in future!! Easy 5 stars!!!

Some of the worse service I have ever experienced! Do not go there! When I tried to get a Rental truck from them, the girl worker(with glasses) there was extremely rude. When I just had small questions about charges, she wouldn't answer anything and refused my service. Save yourself some trouble and never come here!

Do not rent a uhaul from this location. I called and asked if I could return to this location and not be charged an extra fee. The man asked me to bring in the key and he would look it up and talk to his manager and let me know. I never received a phone with the verdict so I could make a decision whether or not to take back to the location I rented from. The guy just took it upon himself to return my rental and processed it as a wrong location return which charges me an extra $198. If they could’nt wave the fee my plan was to just return to original location to avoid the fee. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was tricked and forced to spend money that I didn’t have to spend.

My experience was not the best, I rented from the one on cobb pkwy and they were very unprofessional, so we decided to try this one and they were no better. If I need a rental truck in the future it won’t be from U haul anymore. Bless this company and it’s workers.

Terrible experience. Ordered from this uhaul and they sent us instead at the last minute to some shady place by a trailer park in a sketchy area that was a leasing office/uhaul dealer. There was no one there to help us. It was a pain to try and end up getting the key. Last time I moved uhaul changed the pickup location at the last minute to some place that was in a barn out in the country. I don’t know what the Uhaul company’s is thinking licensing some of these shady locations to be licensed uhaul dealers. Wish they would just send you to an actual uhaul store. Anyway, we will never be using uhaul for our moving needs anymore.

Laziest workers I have ever seen. They act like they are doing us a favor but letting get the trucks. They lock the front door through the whole day and make you stand and knock for almost 30 min to an hour before I was attended too. Don’t bother with these people

Had this Uhaul location install a trailer hitch on my SUV. Sharon the general manager was fantastic. She answered all my questions and called promptly to schedule my install once she had the parts. If you are in need of this service, I would highly recommend!

I have used this location before, for work events. Today was wonderful thanks to Patrice. I reserved online and she was ready for me. The van was clean and all that, but Patrice's customer service made everything great. Very polite, friendly and efficient. THANK YOU
