I received my truck on 1 shift and returned on a different shift. I was exceptionally pleased with my service each time
The 2 ladies were patient and sorted through my reservation carefully and I appreciated that. Returning my truck, the gentleman was having a time with a reservation ... he was very patient and composed himself well as he sorted through the issue.
Customer service means the world to me... they have a genuine compassion for people

Yesterday, February 13, 2025 my husband and I were traveling on the Atlanta bypass and hit a huge pothole, blowing a tire, I inched my way off freeway off exit and into U-haul lot, everyone at this location was so wonderful and helpful. AAA towed my car away but while I was there I couldn't have asked for nicer, more helpful folks to be stranded near. 🙏🫂❤️😊🥰

This is my first time renting a U-Haul, and I had a great experience thanks to Atlas Powezz, better known as AP. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. His positive attitude made the transition smooth for me.

After no tech was available. After waiting over a hour, They would not refill my propane tank bc it didn’t stand up. Stated it was a policy. If it was then it should have been posted or quoted from a source. No one in store or customer service could quote policy.l but I was told go online found nothing. It is 25• too cold to be without heat. But you filled it last year and trust I got it filled somehow 👍🏾 SAF policy and it works just fine even a lil rigged but it’s been working for that way for months and this location filled it before that’s why I went back there and else where for years.

BAD SERVICE! I rented for 1 day which is $55 and they charged me an extra 200!! DON'T GIVE THEM THE MONEY, DON'T PASS YOUR CARD THERE! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR MANY DAYS AND YOU ONLY USE IT FOR 2 hours! They charge you for extra services that you never used….

Other than the U-Haul app not allowing me to return my equipment because the photo uploads kept timing out, it was a seamless experience at this location.

Propane is never working or the person who is “trained” to fill it isn’t at work that day. Multiple try’s over the last year. Same story every time.

12 th time I’ve heard the I’m not certified to pump propane excuse. Ive spoken with the manager personally and every person on staff can pump propane. I feel bad for the manager way too many lazy people working here.
