Dashawn was amazing. He needs a raise or to be promoted to manager. He was working alone and it was extremely busy. He was polite, poised and professional. There needs to be more pleasant faces that do an impeccable job.

No one at this location is ever around to refill propane and for some reason not everyone is trained on how to do it. Very frustrating

I was given a truck with the check engine light on. After moving some items and putting a total of 6 miles on the truck I went to refuel it before returning it and it would not start after I put gas in it, battery was dead. I was a quarter of a mile from this location and asked if someone could just come and jump the battery so I could return it, they told me I had to call Roadside assistance. I had to wait an hour for the dispatch and service provider to show up. This place will give you a bad truck and then refuse to come and help you. I will drive further next time and rent from a different location.

I was charged for 100 miles when I only did 33. I was charged $89 for rental of van instead of $19.99. I was charged for gas when I did replenished to what was in unit . I will be renting shortly but it won’t be uhaul for sure.

First of all, I live less than a mile from this location, and over the years, I've used it several times. But I will never rent from them again. I rented a 6x12' foot trailer on Saturday the 6th beginning at 7am. I was there at 6:58, and I noticed there were no lights on and no one was there. No one was still there (except for customers waiting) at 7:15. I finally called U-Haul, and they set me up with a rental at another location down S Cobb Drive. When I got my trailer from the other location, I drove back down S Cobb Drive at 7:47, and this location was STILL not open.What a waste. This location has a great, convenient location right along the interstate. But staffing/management can't get the location open on-time.This is the most convenient location for me to use because, as I said, I live less than 1 mile from here. But I'll never rent here again. I can't count on these people to be at work on-time, and I don't put up with that. I will always rent from the location on-down S Cobb Drive.

If I could give it zero, I would. Whoever answered the phone today was extremely unprofessional. She hung up twice on me and was annoyed I had questions. I understand the system is down. However, that is no excuse for not answering basic questions. Just plain rude, she should not be working anywhere.

Renting from uhaul is typically part of a larger task that isn’t any fun.This location ensured that picking up and dropping off the rental was an all-around trash experience.

I worked at U-Haul for 7 years of my life as a CSR out of Michigan and help run multiple stores. If your wondering why your GM is getting isn't getting their bonus on his LP profit n loss statement it's because your employees won't open propane filling in the Rain. Sick of coming here for sad excuses.

We reserved a 15 foot truck a week before we intended to pick it up. Upon arrival we were told the truck was not returned and they could not provide us with a replacement. We had to drive to another uhual location to pick up a 10 foot truck, and on our way out we passed several 15 foot trucks sitting in their parking lot. It was a very frustrating experience.

I made a reservation at this location a week ago and the only time available was 7am today. I called this location a couple of days ago and Mike walked me through how the process would work.I showed up this morning at 7am, but an employee explained to me that Uhaul has an issue in their reservation system that allows locations to accept reservations even when timeslots are closed off. They said I would have to try another location and that location didn't have availabilty for another two days.I asked for a refund of my $460, and the employee was able to help me do that. She was friendly to me despite my visible frustration.I would not recommend relying on Uhaul's reservation system as you can't guarentee they'll have the inventory needed for it

The manager at this location had told us information about our coverage and stated when we drop off the truck at the drop-off location they will be able to assist us. After dropping off the truck, we were told we were not able to get our money back after she stated the drop-off location will be able to assist us. We tried reaching out to the store multiple times with no answer just kept getting routed to the customer service reps we even told them the issue and they said “She should’ve refunded us the money while we were still in the store”. Simply put the manager Sharon Matthew lied to us and I would not recommend this U-Haul location.
