Absolutely the worst customer service of any ups store I have ever used. Rude, unhelpful, horrible. To the owner — please post your contact information below so I can share my experience, especially as this is a problem many customers have had with your employees (one in particular).

The ABSOLUTE WORST UPS Store in the United States of America. I checked the Internet and this UPS Store was supposed to be Open until 5:00 p.m. today, Saturday, May 24, 2025. I get to the UPS Store at 3:02 p.m. and a customer is walking out. The Door Closed before I could get out of my car and get to the Door. When I pulled on the Door it was locked, and there was a paper sign on the Door saying that the Store was closing at 3:00 p.m. I signaled through the window to the Clerk who was still standing behind the Counter. All I had was one small Return Box with a Prepaid Return Label which would have taken 30 seconds to scan and print a receipt. The Clerk, who is a TOTAL JERK, refused to help me and another customer who had also walked up to the door after we had both drove all the way to this UPS Store. I WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to this store to get my documents notarized. The notary was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I asked for his assistance and he wouldn’t offer me any help and guidance. I ask to speak to the owner the owner came out and ignored me. Very unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE.

Our experience with the team is Greaaaaaaat! DJ, Michael and Jonna were friendly and eager to help. We were harshly yelled and refused by
UPS at 1100 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331 yesterday. That experience haunted me and I was worried to visit another UPS store. But my packages were label and ready to ship and customers are waiting on the orders. I called this store and DJ was passionate to help. Here we are now, the three young man helped us completed the shipment and offered us water. What a great interaction with them. Thank you, DJ, Michael and Jonnas.

Tried to send my elderly MIL her new bank card. I was told it "should" be there in 2 days, and I paid $20 to make this happen. It has now been 7 days, she still has not received the package, and this store said they cannot give a refund because they only guaranteed 5-7 business days. The clerk did not say that, and my receipt does not say that either.

I consistently receive great service at this location from Jonas, David and Michael. They all have great helpful attitudes and seem to enjoy working there.

Terrible customer service. Manager wanted to charge me a bag for my Amazon return (I had no problem paying) BUT because he claimed I didn’t bring it in the bag I received it in. When I corrected him stating that my product was sent in that very same bag im giving him, he walked away & left me talking while pulling out my wallet to pay…
I can see the manager isn’t civilized and has a hard time communicating with others… you can tell he has an attitude problem, looks deranged.
Other employees saw what he did and packaged my Amazon item with no fee.
I’m glad a 20 year old was much more respectful than a 35 year old Maybe pushing 40….

Terrible customer service !!This is one in multiple times I’ve witnessed the manager and employees stirring up the customers who make mistakes on their returns.The manager allows his employees to argue with customers over Amazon returns.All the employees seem to delight when a customer messes up a return and then the employee chastises the customer and sends them away to try again.I have a different UPS I will do business with now. The UPS on Cumberland Parkway has a much more friendly staff willing to help.
