Terrible customer service !!This is one in multiple times I’ve witnessed the manager and employees stirring up the customers who make mistakes on their returns.The manager allows his employees to argue with customers over Amazon returns.All the employees seem to delight when a customer messes up a return and then the employee chastises the customer and sends them away to try again.I have a different UPS I will do business with now. The UPS on Cumberland Parkway has a much more friendly staff willing to help.

This store has been very reliable for me and has helped me out numerous times with whatever I needed- from quick turn-around print jobs to having useful office and packing supplies and of course shipping… The guys that work here are courteous and professional and service has always been overly helpful and prompt. It’s nice to have a place (and people) you can rely on every time you walk in. Thanks!

I went to enquire about opening a mail box and the white guy in dreads was so rude when I asked him to explain the procedure. He literally told me I didn't have to open in their store if I didn't understand. The owner seemed to entertain his rude behavior. No respectable customer service at all.

Professional and courteous service; excellent value for price; I was very easily able to return my cable box/equipment AND put 50# of documents into the shredding bin. The Staff was exceptional.

I came there 09/29/2023 and had a rude experience with Michael. I was wanting to mail some returns and print to return info slips via email and once he printed the slips they were not correctly printed so I asked can he reprint and he said he’ll have to charge me for everything even the messed up prints. He stated he already printed it so I have to be charged. I asked him to speak to manager and he said he’s the manager then I asked to speak to his boss and he said he doesn’t have a boss so I paid left and paid the print and went to another postal service.

One of the employees either forgot to return the spectrum modem that i returned through them or stole it. Now spectrum is trying to claim that i forgot to return it. This is terrible customer service. Dont go here. Im posting this because i tried reaching out with no success. If they are willing to correct the issue then i may change but until then customers be warned.

So today I went to this store and was shocked to learn the way the store manager talks to customers, I returned two items from amazon, and by mistake I put one item to return to Wholefoods, instead of the manager telling me I could cancel the return and redo it; he got frustrated with me and refused to help me; so I went to the UPS store near Publix. Do not bother with this store, go to the one near Publix. To the owner, if your manager does not want to go out of his way to guide customers to return stuff to your UPS location, where I am sure you get some sort of financial gain from AMAZON, you should let him go as he seemingly does not care about the BOTTOM LINE of your store's financial statements, go to the UPS store at 4480 S Cobb Dr SE # H, Smyrna, GA 30080 for faster and more efficient service
