So you see this listing and you wonder... Can a UPS store really have 2.5 stars with dozens of reviews showing it to be awful?
Why yes. Yes it can. Trust these ratings, and save yourself a bad experience
As I’m talking to a lady at the counter about what I needed to pack some samples, Ivory came out to inform me they would give me the boxes and I had to pack it at home. If he had taken but a moment before he so rudely interrupted, he would have known that I was going to pay for boxes and packing services. But no. He had to make sure he told me
The other two employees… one was helpful and seemed worried when I asked Ivory’s name. The order was completely clueless about what to do and casually decided that I didn’t speak English and asked me “Hablas Espanol?”
I’m convinced this might be the worst UPS Store location I’ve ever visited. The rest of the reviews here speak to that as well.
If you want good service, go to the store on East-West Connector and S Cobb Dr, or the one on Cobb Parkway about two miles ITP. I should have.

These people have misplaced my mobile trade-in phone work $800 and everyone says it is in transit and it was clearly showing it didnt go out of this location and UPS kept saying we will wait for the phone to arrive at warehouse then we can start our investigation and wasted my time . After 15 days when an investigation was requested , they didn’t open one. As it was out of liability period of 15 days … what a load of crap and I lost my phone now I am paying 66$ per month to T-mobile ..

(I believe the manager) was SO kind and helpful. My UPS doesn’t have a self service kiosk to print receipts but this one does and it’s so fast! He walked me over and showed me. So kind, thank you sir! Have a blessed Sunday :)

Manager won't give me a receipt for my Nike return. This happened before with an order from Foot Locker and had to spend 4 or 5 hours getting it straightened out. Manager had attitude when I asked for proof that I dropped off the return. I go to two other UPS stores in the area and never have any issues. I am calling corporate and reporting this location because time and time again there is an issue and there is nothing but attitude.
Instead of printing out the receipt, i was asked to take a photo of the label on the box and that is proof. I had to do that last time and had an issue when I bought that up with the store manager, he got an attitude.

I usually have a good experience here but whoever the girl in the teal shirt working today (4/17) is, was so rude and unwelcoming that I just left. She had a snarky attitude since I walked in but then started mumbling under her breath when I needed a second to find the address for my package when there was no one in line behind me. I never complain about workers especially in customer service jobs so I have never written a bad review but I felt like I needed to about her. I doubt I’ll be coming back.

I was shipper my wife’s phone back to Apple as it had a warranty; and they had a specially designed box for the Iphone that worked perfectly!!!

I had stopped here as I was out doing errands and needed to ship a prepaid package. I most definitely will not be returning due to the attitude and shade thrown from the female employee working the desk. Higher someone with emotional intelligence.

Extremely unreliable. Told me I could ONLY PRINT 25 pages. Then proceeded to have no clue how to print a document and ended up not printing anything for me because “what if more pages come out, I can’t take that risk”
Wasted a whole hour.

I had a few boxes to drop off for work and also had one personal Amazon return. The app wasn’t cooperating (at least for me lol) so I turned my phone around to show Jay (sorry if spelling is wrong “J”, Jae…). Jay proceeded to zip right through the app to get me to the point where I could mail the store the labels and get on the road quickly towards home. Great customer service
