Great customer service, every time I visit this location.The employees are, professional,friendly and extremely helpful. Today Kaytia assisted me with an Amazon return,She took the time to help me with a return label from my cell phone. It's always a pleasure doing business here...:)

I don't understand all these complaints about service. I have never had a problem and found the employees helpful, friendly, and professional. I think some people have problems and attitude and get what they oroject.

The UPS employee was most helpful in printing off the needed shipping label (for a clothing return) then securing the item in a UPS mailer bag, just in time for the UPS pickup!

The two men here saw me struggling with 2 boxes weighing 90lbs each and no one offered to help.
Instead, he hands me a dolly and didn’t even help pull it into the store.
Every time I come here, I have the worst service I’ve never had at a UPS Store, I’ll be driving a few more minutes next time.

I got here about 5 mins before closing. Had a package to drop off. Didn’t need to purchase anything.
The door was locked and they were closing up. Didn’t even have the decency to come to the door. Should
I have come earlier, sure. Should they honor the hours posted online and on the door, absolutely.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. The store reps act as if customers are bothering them. They always say you need to buy an envelope for returns even with the policy says there is no return packaging needed. I'll celebrate the day this location and the owner goes bankrupt.
