“I recently had an experience that verified by opinion of the establishment and renews my faith in customer service. My daughter bought a beautiful pair of shoes which she wore 1x to dinner on a cruise (carpet floors). She started feeling the inside of the shoes falling apart and could not wear them back to the room. While I know all sales are final I decided to bring them in and show the damage, knowing they are very discerning about what they will consign. After a bit of back-n-forth, BBPD did apply credit to my account for the damaged item. In the future I will double and triple check shoes before buying. AND I will absolutely continue to patron the store both in East Cobb and Lawerencville. THANK-YOU!”

“Hessen Antique is an amazing website for any collectors or reenactors, they have high quality items at a reasonable price unlike other websites like at the front which has good quality but their prices are way too high. I have used Hessen Antique for all of my re-enacting uniforms and every time they surprise me with their amazing quality and also how fast they ship their orders, which is typically within a day or two. Hessen Antique is an incredible website and they have really friendly customer service, any time I’ve ever had a problem I have used their chat feature and I’ve had it resolved very quickly and easily. “I have to agree with all of the others, Vance and team were superb!! From start to finish every detail of my Estate sale was handled with care, even when I was "wobbly" or indecisive, Vance handled me with the same "kid gloves" he handles the items!! :) House was left extremely clean and organized. I also agree, Vance knows the pricing/ current values and trends/and customer service nuances and can spot when someone is acting rude or off and will not allow an item to go below value. Several of my friends and neighbors who attended the estate sale, reported to me that it was one of the BEST Estate sales they had ever been to!! From the care, display, pricing and curtesy of customers- even during times when the house was PACKED!! The staff remained upbeat, helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend Vance and team highly enough for ANY business done with them- Consider yourself lucky if he will work with you!!”

“They had a lot of cool deals there and they’re willing to work with you with pricing of furniture or appliances and they actually give back to the community I want saw them passing out winter jackets to the homeless and they also have a church connected to it so if you’re looking for a church you can attend there they do a lot of great work for the community”
