Staff are great, nice and helpful which is a pleasant surpise. One major issue is no PO Box access within the hours that state and this is after 2 calls and 1 emails stating it would be resolved. Its frustrating!

Horrible staff and location. People are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Arrived 5 mins late to our passport appointment and the lady told us she could only process one of our applications for our twins. We had a blow out before we left and it is not easy to get out of the house with 4 month old twins. The worker had no empathy. She seemed to enjoy being a nasty person and turning us away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a passport appointment set. Drove all the way there, to find out that the passport person did not show up and the person who was supposed to call all the appointments that day to let them know they were cancelled, didn’t. Then they send me to the “Mega” passport office on Plaster Ave, where they claim they will get me outta there in 10 to 15 mins. What a joke!! I get there and the place is overcrowded with people waiting, and one person is working the passport desk. Unbelievable!!! I’ll be leaving Plaster Ave’s location a review as well.

Made an appointment for passports and was told my appointment was canceled because I wasn't ten minutes early and the clerk was gone for the day after marking me absent. The staff was so rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere for your passport needs. They have no desire to help here

This location should be ashamed of themselves. People take time out of their day (in my case, out of my work schedule) to come and they didn’t have the decency to notify anyone prior to them coming today. A sign. That’s it. So anyone who was looking to submit a passport application completely wasted their time because this location didn’t have the decency to notify anyone prior. Absolutely abysmal.

While I find the staff inside to be kind and helpful, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone to ask a question. Especially regarding passports. Seeing the absolute decline of this government service recently.

The staff is incredibly kind, and while the lines can be long, they move efficiently to get you to the counter quickly. Shipping here is always a breeze!

I had an appointment for my passport today, which I scheduled approximately one month in advance. I get to my appointment and I’m told the passport clerk isn’t there. This location only operates on appointments therefore it would have been common courtesy to call, text or send an email if the passport clerk wasn’t going to make my appointment. You want customers to be on time, early even for scheduled appointments and this location failed to even give me a call! Disappointed.

We live off of Oakdale and postal carrier. Leonard Taylor refuses to deliver our mail because my handicap cousin parks in front of the house so she can get out of her car as a disabled person versus our driveway. He says that he can't get to our neighbors mailbox in his car, which clearly he can because we visaby watched him deliver today! He refuses to deliver our mail as punishment and we haven't received all of our mail since he started the route in November...Today he threatened my husband saying he can do whatever he wants A and said he'd come back and show him some smoke later because I questioned him as to why he has the authority to decide when he does and does not want to deliver our mail.....he said he's a federal employee & can do whatever he wants. We have very important medical bills that aren't being received because he's decided for the last two months he does not want to deliver our mail. Someone needs to contact me ASAP! My sister is a federal judge and says this is illegal Also, his badge expired 2023 so how is he still working!!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this USPS location. When I visited to address an issue with my packages, I was given conflicting information by the staff. When I raised this with the manager, he responded in a completely unprofessional manner, raising his voice at me. When I raised my voice in response to be heard, he told me not to raise my voice—yet he had initiated that tone.
The situation escalated when the manager threatened to call the police after I asked to check my packages to ensure they were correct. It was clear he didn’t have the correct packages initially, and it took a significant amount of time and persistence before he allowed me to review them. Once I checked, I confirmed what I already suspected—the packages were not the correct packages.
This office needs serious customer service training. The staff, particularly the manager, lacked professionalism and the ability to handle situations calmly and respectfully. USPS should ensure their employees know how to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.

THEY STEAL PACKAGES CONSISTENTLY AND OFTEN AT THIS POST OFFICE. Your package will be stolen at some point. Delivery driver stole my package on 12/12. 2nd time in 4 months

THEY STEAL PACKAGES. There has been occasions I have watched the postal worker hang out by the mailbox for a while and I have gone to the mailbox shortly after to see if I get my package and of course it’s marked delivered with no package in sight. They all cover for each other and the supervisor is of no help. She claims every time this instance happens, it’s a substitute and not the regular letter carrier. THEY ARE CRIMINALS AT THE POST OFFICE

Why have passport services offered if their person never works? They have many printed material telling you where to go when their lady isn't there so they know it's a big issue.

I'm not sure what to think because our mailbox that are apartment complex got messed with and they started holding the mail and we didn't get any notice to my wife started emailing and calling the post office until somebody finally called her back and then today I went up there to check to see if they were holding her mail because we don't get it at the box anymore and they were closed One lady said that the post office was closed on Columbus Day but I see drivers out delivering and I looked it up on Google maps and it doesn't say it's closed.
