Having a business where the employees can close for lunch whenever they want and it’s not posted is unreasonable. If employee lunch break is 1-2, then post it. The times are different all the time. Pick the same time every day and be consistent. I’ve showed up countless times to a lunch break sign at various times. Today’s lunch is 1:30-2:30 and tomorrow is… we have no idea!!!

So often we complain for poor service but I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Ms. Marva for her unrelenting professionalism, patience, promptness at getting us through the line and personable demeanor.
I have used this post office numerous times since it is near my office. Each time I’ve witnessed Ms. Marva’s forever smile and dedication to ensuring each of us a positive experience.
Ms. Marva is a breath of fresh air in a time that we seem to have normalized poor service.

Everyone here is so helpful. They are always friendly and accommodating. Quick to answer any questions I have and always scan my packages in a timely manner. This is my favorite local post office.

Someone’s car was parked outside of our mailbox and the mailman decided to leave a note IN OUR MAILBOX saying he couldn’t deliver our mail because of the car even though he got out of his truck to deliver everyone else’s.
Seems like he could have used the same energy to just deliver our mail since he was already getting out.
It’s not illegal to park in front of a mailbox and we can’t control if someone parks in front of ours. Also, this car has been there before and our mail has been delivered in the past with no issue.
He still had space to open our mailbox door to leave his little note, so this feels like a targeted, petty choice.

I've had my P.O. Box there for years. Recently, I was quite unhappy when they locked the doors after hours, preventing me from accessing my mail for several weeks. I later learned that there had been several break-ins, prompting them to install a more secure door. Fortunately, things are back to normal now. My box was full but not overflowing with mail.

The hours are clearly posted on the internet for this hub; however, the woman is rarely there. The Akers Mill location is a much better choice, although they usually only have one person behind the counter.

This place has no supplies. The most bare place I've ever been. There's a few flat rate things but that's it.

worst usps i’ve been to. they randomly close whenever they want and their “1 hour” lunch break took 3 hours last time. the customer service is so bad it makes me hate going there ?
Update: tried to give it a second chance and it’s even worse now? it’s 3pm and no one is there due to “unforeseen circumstances”
